Started all 14 games played in 2019. Recorded 71 tackles (47 solo), 3.0 sacks and 1 interception on the season.
Played in four games with three starts in his first season with Seattle in 2018. Was suspended for Weeks 5-12 by the NFL and returned to Seattle's 53-man roster Week 13 versus Minnesota. Injured leg against the Vikings and ended the season on injured reserve.
Recorded a team and game-high eight tackles in the NFC Championship vs. Minnesota (1/21/18), guiding the Eagles to their Super Bowl LII appearance.
Started all three postseason games in 2017 season and helped lead team to a Super Bowl LII Championship.
Was one of three Eagles players since 1982 to collect four fumbles and three sacks in a single season, doing so in 2013.

Played in all 13 games, starting 11, of senior campaign in 2011, collecting a career-high 106 total tackles, along with two interceptions and three sacks. Earned second team All-Pac 10 acknowledgements as a junior in 2010, leading Cal with 8.5 sacks. Finished second on the team in 2009 with 71 tackles as a sophomore, returning an interception 68 yards for a touchdown against UCLA (10/17/09).
