AUTISM TOOLKITS
Q: Where can I pick up an autism toolkit? What is included?
A: Fans can pick up a toolkit at the SW GuestLink Location on the Field Plaza, just south of the Pro Shop. The identifier badge can be worn as a sticker or band, displayed on a lanyard or kept in a wallet. Additionally, we have a sensory room available for fans at the SW GuestLink Location.

PARKING AROUND THE STADIUM
Q: Where you do recommend parking on a single game basis?
A: Since all of our on-site parking is sold out, we recommend the Union Station Garage on 4th Ave. or the Mariners Garage adjacent to T-Mobile Park. There are also a variety of private lots located south of T-Mobile Park or north of CentruyLink Field around Pioneer Square.
Q: If I carry a disabled placard, can I park on-site in the North Lot or Lumen Field Garage?
A: Unfortunately not. These locations are sold out on a full-season basis. If you do not have a prepaid season parking pass, it is unlikely that you will be able to park at either location. We do however have an ADA drop off area on 1st Ave. S and Railroad, right in front of the Pro Shop on the west side of Lumen Field. This is a great place to drop off ADA guests while you find alternate parking.
Q: I want to be dropped off at the "Drop Off Area." Where is that?
A: The drop off area is located on the west side of Lumen Field in front of the Pro Shop. The only way to access the drop off area is from 1st Ave. S and Railroad. This area is available both before and after every game. Please be patient and follow police instructions as this area can get congested close to game time.
Q: I am a Season Ticket Holder and would like to purchase a full-season parking pass. Is there anything available?
A: Parking passes are extremely limited. Please contact your Account Representative at (888) NFL-HAWK to discuss any available options. Our North Lot and Lumen Field Garage are completely sold out, but we sometimes have options available in nearby garages.
Q: Is there RV Parking available at Lumen Field?
A: No, due to limited space we are unable to offer RV parking at Lumen Field.
Q: Where can I find pregame traffic and parking updates?
A: Tune your radio to KIRO 710AM. They will provide traffic updates and suggestions as to where to park if you are not a pass holder.
NURSING
Q: I am a mother bringing my infant to the game. Is there a private place for nursing?
A: Yes, we are pleased to offer The Mother's Room, located on the SW Corner of the Suite Level. It can be accessed by the SW elevators. The Mother's Room is a private space where moms can nurse, pump and spend some quiet time. The room has soft lighting, comfortable chairs and electrical outlets. It also has a convenient changing table and hand washing sink.
TAILGATING
Q: Can we tailgate at Lumen Field?
A: Tailgating is not permitted on Lumen Field property. For those fans interested in tailgating, we recommend the parking lot located at 8th and Holgate. It is about a 10 minute walk south of Lumen Field and is sold on a game-by-game basis on site.
Q: What is American Family Insurance Touchdown City?
A: American Family Insurance Touchdown City is a pregame experience that has something for fans of all ages and interests, and food includes food & beverage specials prior to kickoff. It is a great option in place of a tailgate!

TICKET SCALPERS
Q: I see people selling tickets outside of the stadium. Is this legal?
A: It is illegal to sell tickets at any price on Lumen Field property. We have added extra security and police patrols to help deter this bothersome practice.
Q: Is it safe to buy tickets off the street? They claim to have some great seats.
A: It is absolutely NOT safe to buy tickets from anyone selling on the street. Most of the time these tickets are counterfeit or have been reported lost or stolen. Fans who choose this route, do so at their own risk. The Seahawks assume no responsibility for tickets purchased anywhere other than authorized Seahawks sources. We encourage our fans to purchase tickets only through Seahawks.com/Tickets or other verified NFL platforms including NFL Ticket Exchange, StubHub or SeatGeek.
