The Seahawks have made it top priority to accommodate the needs of our guests with disabilities. We welcome members of our disabled community to CenturyLink Field, which is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
CenturyLink Field is designed with accessible parking, accessible vehicle drop off areas, power assisted doors, restrooms, concessions, water fountains, ATMs, seating areas, as well as in-stadium captioning.
ADA Ticket Fraud
ADA ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, the misrepresentation of a disability. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, revocation of tickets or ejection.
Personal Care Attendant Policy
CenturyLink Field will provide complimentary admission for government-funded personal care attendants (PCAs) whose attendance is required to enable ticketed guests with severe disabilities (i.e., individuals who require around-the-clock assistance with all aspects of daily life) to attend events. Depending on the nature of the event and the location of the guest's seat, the PCA will either be provided a seat or will be directed to a location in proximity to the guest where the PCA may stand (which may or may not be in view of the event). The PCA shall not participate in any services and attractions separate and apart from the guest who requires the assistance of the PCA.
Any request for complimentary admission for a PCA must be made at the time of purchase of the guest's ticket and through the Seahawks Ticket Office at (206) 682-2800. The tickets must be picked up in person at the Seahawks Ticket Office and the guest and PCA must both be present.
If CenturyLink Field discovers that the guest or PCA has misrepresented the purpose of the PCA's attendance, or that the PCA has acted as a guest instead of performing the functions of the PCA while at an event, CenturyLink Field reserves the right to take all appropriate action including ejecting both the PCA and guest from the event and barring the PCA and guest from future entry.
Service animals or those in training for guests with disabilities are permitted in CenturyLink Field. Please see a Game Day Staff member if any accommodations are required.
However, due to tight seating arrangements and means of egress issues for large numbers of fans, the Seahawks reserve the right to relocate patrons with service animals to the closest accessible seating area. We strongly urge patrons who plan to bring a service animal to a CenturyLink Field event to contact the CenturyLink Field ticket office at (206) 682-2800 as soon as possible for potential seat relocating purposes.

Away Game Tickets
The Seahawks do not have away game tickets to make available to the public - all tickets are facilitated through the home team ticket office. Fans wishing to see the Seahawks on the road are invited to contact our official Travel Partner, PrimeSport, for ticket information. Visit their website or call 800-591-9198 for more details.
Children who have celebrated their third birthday are required to have a ticket to gain admittance to a Seahawks game. Children under three years of age are not required to have a ticket provided they sit on an adult's lap. As a courtesy to all fans and to comply with fire regulations, children should not sit in the aisles or walkways. There are no discounted tickets available for children.
There are approximately 700 disabled seats (wheelchair convertible) dispersed throughout all areas and price levels of CenturyLink Field. Disabled seating and access are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Disabled seating and wheelchair locations are available on both a season and single game basis. For more information, please contact the Seahawks Box Office at 206-682-2800.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Season tickets or single game tickets that are lost, stolen or destroyed may be replaced free of charge using My Account Manager. For a $5 processing fee per ticket, tickets can be issued at the Box Office. Tickets that have been stolen will be replaced free of charge only if a stolen property report is filed with the police. A case number is required before the tickets will be reissued. You may call the Seahawks Ticket Sales Office at 888-635-4295 prior to the game date and arrange to pick up the tickets at will call on the day of the game, or the ticket holder of record can come to the Customer Service Window on game day. Those attempting to use stolen or fraudulent tickets will be removed from the game and referred to the Seattle Police.
Payment for Tickets
Payment for Seahawks season, group, single game and playoff tickets may be made by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cashier's check, money order, personal check or cash. Please make all checks payable to the Seattle Seahawks. Bank items returned for any reason are subject to a $25 service fee. Season ticket holders can pay year round by calling 888-635-4295
Season Ticket Holders will have the first right of refusal in purchasing their current seat location for playoff games hosted by the Seattle Seahawks.
Every season ticket account is assigned a priority date to represent their current tenure as a Season Ticket Holder; the priority date is based on the date you purchased your tickets. Your priority date gives you preference during seat relocations, upgrades, and purchase of playoff tickets. If you wish to cancel your seats for a season and reapply in the future, you will forfeit your original priority date.
Your ticket is a revocable license, and may be withdrawn anytime at the sole discretion of the Seattle Seahawks. All tickets are subject to the rules, regulations and policies of the Seattle Seahawks and the National Football League. Your tickets may be revoked for reasons including, but not limited to the following: failure to meet payment deadlines, misrepresentation of tickets and violating the Fan Code of Conduct including drunk or disorderly conduct, harassment of other guests and obscene behavior.
Seat Transfer Policy
Charter Seats: Subject to the restrictions and guidelines set forth in the "Charter Seat License Terms and Conditions," a Charter Seat License may not be transferred more than once each calendar year except in the case of the death of the Licensee. Visit the Charter Marketplace for more information.
Club Seats: Season ticket accounts in club seating areas are non-transferable.
General Seating: Season ticket accounts in general seating areas are non-transferable.
Seat Improvements & Additional Seats
We are expecting a very high renewal percentage again for the 2019 season which will limit seat relocation. Season Ticket Holders can elect to participate in the seat relocation process within their 2019 renewal invoice on My Account Manager at Seahawks.com. Requests to participate must be submitted along with the initial renewal payment by the renewal deadline date.
All new and additional seat requests will be fulfilled in priority order from our official Blue Pride waiting list. Please contact your Account Representative to be added to the Blue Pride notification list for when future memberships become available, or sign up here. Charter seats with the additional Charter Seat License can be purchased via the secondary Charter Marketplace on Seahawks.com.
Super Bowl Tickets
Should the Seahawks make it to the Super Bowl, Season Ticket Holders will automatically be entered in a weighted lottery drawing to purchase Super Bowl tickets. As a non-participating team, the Seahawks receive a very limited number of tickets; therefore, we are unable to offer tickets to Season Ticket Holders or the general public.
If you are unable to attend a game, please consider a tax-deductible donation of your unused tickets to the Seattle Children's Home. The Seattle Children's Home will offer donated tickets for resale at face value and ALL proceeds will benefit the Home's children and their struggle to overcome mental illness. Please complete your donation by 2pm the Friday before the game. To donate tickets, you can:
Email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Mail to: Seattle Children's Home, Seahawk Ticket Resale Program, 2600 SW Holden St, Seattle, WA 98126
Online: Use the online system of donation tickets through their Seahawks Ticket Account Manager.
