COLLEGE: One of the top offensive linemen in LSU history. Three-year starter with 37 career starts (27 at center, nine at right guard, one at left tackle). LSU was 25-12 with Pocic in the starting lineup, which included a 20-7 record with him at center. LSU produced a 1,000-yard rusher in each of his years as a starter. First-team All-America by Football Writers Association of America (FWAA) in 2016. Second-team All-America as a senior in 2016 from both Walter Camp, Sporting News and American Football Coaches Association. Named SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week five times during his career, including an SEC-best three times in 2016. Senior Bowl invitee.
PERSONAL: Played his high school ball at Lemont High where he was coached by Eric Michaelsen. Ranked as one of the top prep linemen in the nation in 2013. First-team Parade All-American as a senior. Graduated from high school in December and enrolled at LSU in January. Took part in spring practice and earned Newcomer Most Improved Award after the spring game. Led Lemont to a state semifinal appearance as a senior. His brother, Graham, played at the University of Illinois where he started 36 games on the offensive line in his four years with the Illini. Graduated in December of 2016 with a degree in sports administration.
