COLLEGE: Started both seasons at Utah following two seasons at Dodge City Community College. Played both safety positions in his career. Played in 23 games with 18 starts while at Utah, recording 107 tackles, 5.0 TFL, two interceptions and four pass breakups.
Senior: Second-team All-Pac-12. Played in all 14 games with 12 starts (eight at free safety, four at strong safety). Recorded 59 tackles (2.0 TFL), two interceptions and two pass breakups. Was honorable mention Pac-12 All-Academic.
Junior: Played in nine games with six starts (two at strong safety, two at free safety, one at outside linebacker) before suffering a season-ending injury against UCLA. Recorded 48 tackles (3.0 TFL) which was third on the team at the time of the injury.
Dodge City CC (2015-16): First-team NJCAA All-American and first-team all-Region VI as a sophomore at Dodge City CC. Two-time All-Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference. His 24 tackles for loss in 2016 tied for third nationally in the NJCAA. His sophomore season, he had 100 tackles, three sacks, four interceptions, five pass breakups, four forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries and a fumble return for a touchdown. Recorded 64 tackles, eight sacks, two interceptions, three pass breakups and three forced fumbles as a freshman.
PERSONAL: First-team Division II all-state as a senior at Wooster HS (Ohio). Also named first-team Division II All-Ohio and Ohio Cardinal Conference Defensive Player of the Year. Also competed in track and field. Placed first in the conference in the long jump and second in the 100 as a senior. Son of Tonya Boykins and stepfather Rayford Lee.
