Friday's Injury Report
The Seahawks will be without left tackle Charles Cross for the second week in a row due to a hamstring injury, while starting safety Coby Bryant, who injured his knee in Seattle's Week 16 win over the Rams, will be missing his first game since the middle of the 2023 season ending a streak of 39 consecutive games played.
While Bryant and Cross won't be able to go against the Panthers on Sunday, neither injury is serious enough to necessitate a trip to injured reserve, Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald said earlier this week.
Asked about Bryant's injury on Friday, Macdonald said, "It's just a process on getting him back. We've just got to go through it, but he's working his tail off, and hopefully we'll get him back soon."
With Cross out, Josh Jones is expected to start at left tackle for the second straight game, while Ty Okada, who spent much of this season starting in place of an injured Julian Love, will fill in for Bryant.
No other players on Seattle's roster have game status designations, meaning other than Cross and Bryant, everyone should be good to go for Sunday's game in Charlotte.
For the Panthers, starting linebacker Trevin Wallace (shoulder) and starting defensive tackle defensive tackle Tershawn Wharton (hamstring) have both been ruled out, while guard Robert Hunt (biceps) and receiver David Moore (elbow), both of whom have returned to practice but not yet been activated from injured reserve, are questionable.

Thursday's Injury Report
The Seahawks and Panthers were both off Thursday so players could enjoy Christmas, so Thursday's report is an estimation of participation had they practiced.
For the Seahawks, safety Coby Bryant (knee) and tackle Charles Cross (hamstring) were listed as non-participants for the second day in a row, while everyone else on the injury report was listed as full participation. Fullback Robbie Ouzts was a new addition to the report Thursday with a neck injury, but was listed as a full participant.
For the Panthers, the only change was that rookie receiver Tetairoa McMillan, who was a non-participant for non-injury/rest on Wednesday was listed as full participation on Thursday.

Wednesday's Injury Report
Having kicked off their week of practice a day early, the Seahawks held what would usually be their Thursday work on Wednesday, a schedule shift that will allow the team to take Christmas day off before returning to practice on Friday.
The Seahawks had two players held out of Wednesday's work due to injury, safety Coby Bryant, who left Thursday's win over the Rams with a knee injury, and left tackle Charles Cross, who missed that game due to a hamstring injury suffered the previous week.
Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald said he did not have a timetable on either player, but did say that they are not expected to land on injured reserve, meaning they should be back at some point.
Cornerback Riq Woolen, who came out of last week's game with a knee injury, was not on the injury report, a sign that he is OK.
For the Panthers, only two players did not practice due to injury, linebacker Trevin Wallace (shoulder) and defensive tackle Tershawn Wharton (hamstring), while guard Robert Hunt was limited by a biceps injury.
