Thursday's Injury Report

The Seahawks will have one of their key playmakers on offense and special teams for their big Week 18 showdown with the 49ers. Receiver Rashid Shaheed, who has kick and punt return touchdowns since joining the Seahawks in a midseason trade, does not have a game status designation after exiting last week's game with a concussion, indicating he is cleared to play. Shaheed was a full participant in practice on Wednesday and Thursday.

Three Seahawks players do have game statuses. Left tackle Charles Cross, who was ruled out, will miss a third straight game with a hamstring injury. Josh Jones, who has started the past two games in place of Cross, is questionable with knee and ankle injuries. Jones, who played every snap in last week's game, was limited in Thursday's practice. Safety Coby Bryant, who missed last week's game with a knee injury, is listed as doubtful and was a limited participant on Thursday.

For the 49ers, five players are listed as questionable, including starting left tackle Trent Williams, who left last weekend's win over the Bears with a hamstring injury, and tight end George Kittle, who missed that game with an ankle injury. Kittle was limited in Thursday's practice, while Williams did not practice for the third straight day.

Wednesday's Injury Report

The Seahawks held what would usually be their Thursday practice on Wednesday as they get ready for a huge NFC West showdown against the 49ers, and in some positive news on the injury front, receiver and Pro-Bowl returner Rashid Shaheed was listed as a full participant. That doesn't mean that Shaheed, who left Sunday's win in Charlotte with a concussion, is fully cleared for Saturday, but it's an encouraging sign that he is at the point in the league's concussion protocol that he can practice fully.

Tackles Charles Cross (hamstring) and Josh Jones (knee, ankle) were non-participants for the second day in a row, though Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald did say on Wednesday that Jones was "just banged up a little bit" and should be able to play Saturday. Safety Coby Bryant, who missed last week's game with a knee injury, was a non-participant. He was listed as limited a day earlier, but that was an estimation of participation because the team held a walkthrough on Tuesday.

For the 49ers, left tackle Trent Williams and defensive end Keion White were non-participants for the second consecutive day as they are dealing lower body injuries. Two key members of San Francisco's backfield, Christian McCaffrey and Kyle Juszczyk, returned as limited participants after not participating on Tuesday.

Tuesday's Injury Report

The Seahawks and 49ers began preparation on Tuesday for their Week 18 showdown that will determine the NFC West title and the NFC's top seed. With a Saturday game necessitating an early start to the practice week, the Seahawks held a walkthrough Tuesday evening instead of a full practice, meaning the injury report is an estimation of participation had they held a full practice.

One noteworthy new addition to this week's report is tackle Josh Jones, who was listed as a non-participant due to knee and ankle injuries. Jones has started at left tackle the past two weeks with Charles Cross sidelined by a hamstring injury, and he played all 66 of Seattle's offensive snaps in Sunday's win over the Panthers. Cross was also listed as a non-participant Tuesday, the only other Seahawks player with that designation.

Receiver and returner Rashid Shaheed, who left Sunday's game with a concussion, was listed as limited, as was safety Coby Bryant, who missed Sunday's game with a knee injury. Every other player on the injury report was a full participant.

For the 49ers, the list on non-participants includes left tackle Trent Williams, who exited Sunday night's win over the Bears with a hamstring injury, running back Christian McCaffrey (back) and fullback Kyle Juszczyk (knee). Tight end George Kittle, who missed Sunday's game with an ankle injury, was listed as a limited participant, as were receiver Ricky Pearsall (knee, ankle) and cornerback Upton Stout (concussion).
