Good afternoon, 12s. Here's a look at what's going on out there and any news you might have missed, about your Seattle Seahawks this week.

Joint Practice With Green Bay

This week, the Seahawks traveled to Green Bay to have one joint practice with the Packers ahead of their preseason finale on Saturday at Lambeau Field. Seattle finished its one practice feeling good about what the team got out of practice.

"It's been a great experience for us," coach Mike Macdonald said. "I thought we had a great practice. Got a lot of good stuff that came out of it and there'll be a lot more on tape when we get to watch it, so look forward to that."

Here is news that came out of press conferences following the practice:

The rookie quarterback, Jalen Milroe will get the start in the Seahawks' last preseason game on Saturday.

"Jalen's going to start the game at quarterback. He's going to play the whole game," Macdonald said. "It's going to be awesome."

Before practice, Seahawks players took part in the Green Bay tradition of riding bikes to practice.

"Incredible," quarterback Sam Darnold said on riding a bike. "I didn't get a chance to raise the seat, that was a little tough, but we made it work. The kid that was holding my helmet walking next to me was incredible. He was a joy to be around. All the kids with their bikes, it's such a great tradition to be able to hang out with some of these kids who are the future of this game, just to be able to hang out with them and put a smile on their face."

The Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III capped off what had already been a good week, by finishing practice in Green Bay on Thursday.

"He looked good after practice so I think he made it off all right," Macdonald said.

Linebackers Tyrice Knight who has been out of training camp for a few weeks with a knee injury and a separate medical issue will start making his way back to practice.

"We got some great news today," Macdonald said. "That's what I was referring to earlier in the week. Now we're activating the plan. We'll see how long it takes, but a really positive day on T-Knight front this morning."

Here are five observations from the full training camp practice that include observations about the defenses early struggles and strong finish, good practices for both Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Elijah Arroyo and the position battle at center.
