After missing the last four games with a knee injury, rookie Elijah Arroyo was designated to return to practice from injured reserve. This allows Arroyo to potentially prepare with enough time to play in the divisional round of the playoffs.

AQ Shipley's Trenchy Awards

AQ Shipley gave out his Trenchy Awards on The Pat McAfee show. And he awarded Grey Zabel with the Rookie Trenchy, or the Rookie Lineman of the Year.

Pro Football Focus released their All-Pro team and two Seahawks made this final team, receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba and cornerback Devon Witherspoon.
