Numbers Of Note About Seahawks Schedule

Seahawks senior reporter John Boyle gives you 10 numbers of note about the Seahawks 2025 schedule.

"+8

The Seahawks' net rest differential this season, the fourth best rest differential in the league. For those not familiar with that number, it's a measure of how much more or less rest a team has, relative to its opponent, heading into each game. For example, when the Seahawks play the Jaguars in Week 6, they'll be coming off a Sunday game, while the Jaguars will have played on Monday, making that a plus-1 for Seattle in rest differential. The Seahawks' biggest gap comes as the result of their Sunday night game against the Washington Commanders, which comes after Seattle's bye week, while Washington has a short week, coming off a Monday night game. Seattle's only game against an opponent coming off a bye is the Monday night game against Houston in Week 7.

Last season, the Seahawks had a rest differential of minus-13, the fourth worst in the NFL."

Jalen Milroe Signs Rookie Contract

The ninth of Seattle's 11 draft picks signed their contract this week, with Jalen Milroe signing his rookie contract. So far first-round pick Grey Zabel, fifth-rounders Rylie Mills, Tory Horton and Robbie Ouzts, sixth-rounder Bryce Cabeldue, and seventh-rounders Damien Martinez, Mason Richman and Ricky White III have all signed their contracts. second-round picks Nick Emmanwori and Elijah Arroyo are the last two rookies who are unsigned.
