Friday's Injury Report

The Seahawks will likely be shorthanded again in their secondary when they face the Jaguars on Sunday.

Safety Julian Love (hamstring), cornerback Devon Witherspoon (knee) and cornerback Riq Woolen (concussion) are all listed as doubtful for the game after all were limited participants in Friday's practice. Love and Witherspoon both missed last week's game, while Woolen exited the game early with a concussion.

The Seahawks will be without outside linebacker Derick Hall (oblique) and reserve tackle Josh Jones (ankle) as expected, as both were ruled out Friday.

On a positive note, outside linebacker DeMarcus Lawrence has no game status listed, meaning he is ready to play after missing last week's game with a quadricep injury. Also good to go despite being on this week's injury report are safety Nick Emmanwori (ankle) and linebacker Ernest Jones IV (shoulder).

For the Jaguars, starting center Robert Hainsey is doubtful with a hamstring injury after returning to practice on a limited basis Friday having missed the previous two days of practice. Linebacker Yasir Abdullah, who was limited in practice all week with a hamstring injury, is questionable.

Wednesday's Injury Report

The Seahawks opened their practice week ahead of a Week 6 game in Jacksonville with seven players not practicing, a group that includes defensive starters who missed last week's game due to injury—cornerback Devon Witherspoon (knee), outside linebacker DeMarcus Lawrence (quadricep) and safety Julian Love (hamstring)—as well as outside linebacker Derick Hall, who left last weekend's game with an oblique injury.

Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald called Hall week-to-week with his injury, usually an indicator that a player won't be available for the upcoming game, while he said decisions on Witherspoon, Lawrence and Love will likely come late in the week. Also trying to get back this week is cornerback Riq Woolen, who left last week's game with a concussion. Woolen was a limited participant on Wednesday, as was rookie safety Nick Emmanwori (ankle), who briefly left last week's game but was able to return.

"We'll see how it plays out today, but for all three it's going to go later in the week in terms of play status and all that," Macdonald said when asked about Witherspoon, Woolen and Lawrence. Macdonald later gave a similar answer when asked about Love.

Macdonald said all four players were on the field for Wednesday's walkthrough prior to practice.

Reserve tackle Josh Jones, who injured his ankle in a Week 3 win over the Saints, will miss another game, Macdonald said, though injured reserve is currently not in the plans.

For the Jaguars, only one player, starting center Robert Hainsey (hamstring) did not practice due to injury, while nine players were listed as limited participants.
