Good morning, 12s.

Here's a look at what's 'out there' for today – Tuesday, August 6 – about your Seattle Seahawks:

Success In Seven

As I'm sure we all know, the numbers never lie—and in this case, they give us one heck of a statistic to brag about. On Monday afternoon, NFL Research tweeted out a figure that listed our very own Russell Wilson beating out a handful of other QBs, having the most wins in his first seven seasons.

According to the official NFL Media Research Department, Wilson has recorded 75 wins since he first stepped on the turf to face-off against the Arizona Cardinals in the season-opener in 2012. The Super Bowl XLVIII champ has since had plenty of productive seasons, recording 196 career touchdowns in 112 games over the course of his professional football career.

Some of the other quarterbacks on NFL Research's list include the Broncos' Joe Flacco (72 wins), Patriots' Tom Brady (70), Steelers' Ben Roethlisberger (69), and former NFL QB Peyton Manning (66). Wilson can keep that record going this season; with 11 wins in 2019 he'll be the winningest quarterback in his first eight seasons with 86.

A few members of the National Football League were present at the ninth day of 2019 Seahawks training camp, including NFL Network, as they covered Seahawks camp for their 'Inside Training Camp Live' series.

12s all around the world have their eyes on the Seahawks QB1 to see what he will be able to do this season. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the first of many statistics we see about Wilson from NFL Research.
