Avril Answers The Call

Once a championship-caliber player, Cliff Avril has shown that he will forever be a championship-caliber person. The Super Bowl XLVIII defensive star and Seattle Seahawks Legend is utilizing his Cliff Avril Family Foundation to answer the call during this crisis.

Last Friday, Avril announced via social media that he and his foundation would be "donating to support four Seattle-based organizations that are at the front line of the COVID-19 pandemic."

The four organizations include The Boys and Girls Clubs of King County, Communities In Schools of Renton-Tukwila (CISRT), HealthPoint, and Odessa Brown Children's Clinic. Avril's donation to the group of organizations totals $50,000.

For more information on the response to COVID-19 from Avril and the Cliff Avril Family Foundation, follow this link to the foundation's website. Avril is one of many professional athletes who are responding to the current crisis with open arms lending their hands to help.
