Good morning, 12s.

Here's a look at what's 'out there' for today – Thursday, July 25 – about your Seattle Seahawks:

#ThrowbackThursday

Happy Seahawks Training Camp! Being that today is the first day of 2019 #SeahawksCamp, we've decided to compile a variety of content for you to consume as you wait in line for the shuttles at the Landing in Renton, sit at your desk awaiting our live-stream coverage, or maybe if you're planning on joining us at VMAC later in camp.

If you take a look at your weekly calendar, you'll also notice that it's Thursday, and I think everyone knows what that means… #ThrowbackThursday. Kick up your feet, relax, and enjoy some quality content from last year's training camp.
