Outside linebacker Uchenna Nwosu met with the media for the first time since his pectoral injury he suffered during Week 7 of last season. Nwosu was a standout player for the Seahawks in 2022, with 9.5 sacks, 12 tackles for loss and 26 quarterback hits. Nwosu's pectoral injury required season-ending surgery and this offseason Nwosu says he's been rehabbing in California to be able to get back.

"It's been a good process, been rehabbing down in L.A. with John Meyer," Nwosu said. "He's the medical guy for the Los Angeles Clippers, he's getting me right and I just can't wait to get back on the field. I'd say I have a few weeks and I'll be ready to get back to ball."

When asked if he will be ready for training camp, he said "Absolutely."

Before his injury, Nwosu says he'd never been injured during his career.

"It was tough not getting to play, it sucked but it made me sit back and realize how thankful I am… Just being able to give my body rest, mentally take some time away from the game, I really appreciate it more."

With offseason workouts underway, take a first look at some of the players that joined the Seahawks this offseason.
