Q. Do you have Sensory Toolkits?

A. "I'M A-OK" Sensory Toolkits are available at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center for fans who are on the autism spectrum. Toolkits include noise-canceling headphones, earplugs, a sensory toy, and an "I'M A-OK" identifier badge.

To enhance your experience, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks will be available for guests on the patio.

Q. Once I'm registered, how do I gain entry into Seahawks Training Camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center?

A. Once you've registered for Seahawks Training Camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center, you'll be able to view your Patio voucher through the Seahawks Mobile App. We recommend adding your voucher to your mobile wallet for convenience. When you arrive at the Patio Check-In Center, located in the Southport Parking Garage, present your digital voucher for scanning. After your voucher is scanned, you will receive a transportation wristband that grants you access to the shuttle service to the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.

Q. Where do I check-in?

A. The Patio Guest Check-In is located at the North Entry of the Southport Parking Garage across from the Lake Washington Hyatt. 1101 Lake Washington Blvd N.

Q. What are the hours of check-in at the Southport Parking Garage?

A. Check-in begins 2 hours prior to the start of practice and closes 45 mins. after practice begins.

Q. Can I park at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center?

A. No, All Patio guests must check in at the Grey Lot at the Southport Parking Garage to receive Patio wristband(s) and ride the shuttle to the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. Drop-off/pick-up via taxi, Uber/Lyft or any other transportation is not permitted at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. All guests should check-in at the Grey Lot and be transported via shuttle the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.

• Offsite parking for Patio guests and family is available at the Grey Lot located at:
  1101 Lake Washington Blvd N
  Renton, WA 98057
• Parking is not available at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center during Training Camp.
• Drop-off/pick-up via taxi, Lyft or any other transportation is not permitted at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center, only at the offsite Grey Lot. All guests should be transported via shuttle from the Grey Lot.
• Patio guests must check in to receive Patio wristband(s) and ride the shuttle to the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.
• Check-in begins 1.5 hours prior to the start of practice and ends 1 hour after practice begins.

Q: Is Seahawks Training Camp, powered by Boeing, open to the public?

Yes, however, all fans attending must pre-register and purchase a transportation pass as space at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center facility is limited. Only fans registered to attend will be allowed to attend and watch practice.

Q: Do I need a separate ticket in addition to my transportation pass?

No separate ticket is needed. Your transportation pass covers your ride to and from the Virginia Mason Athletic Center and also provides access to practice.

Q: Is there a registration limit?

A: You can register for up to 8 people per Training Camp practice.

Q: What time do practices begin at Seahawks Training Camp?

A: There are multiple start times for Training Camp practices (9:45 AM and 1:00 PM), depending on the practice date. Please double check the time for the date you are registered. Practices generally last around 2 hours but are subject to change.

Q: Are there any age restrictions for fans to attend Seahawks Training Camp?

A: No, however, kids 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. Children 2 years old or younger can attend free of charge with an adult and do not need to be registered.

Q: Are Seahawks Training Camp transportation passes transferrable?

A: Yes, you can transfer Training Camp transportation passes to other members of your party using the Seahawks Mobile App, just like you would for a regular game ticket.  View our Mobile Ticket Guide for step-by-step tutorials on how to transfer and/or accept transfers.

Q: Can I resell my transportation pass for Seahawks Training Camp?

A: No, reselling your transportation pass is strictly prohibited and could result in loss of Training Camp privileges. If a Season Ticket Holder or Blue Pride Member is found to be reselling their passes, it could result in revocation of ticket privileges.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: Seahawks Training Camp transportation passes are nonrefundable. Refunds will only be issued if a practice is cancelled.

Q: Can I exchange my registration for a different Seahawks Training Camp practice date?

A: No, Training Camp transportation passes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Your transportation pass is valid only for the practice date you registered for. If you are longer able to attend, you can transfer your transportation passes to another guest through the Seahawks Mobile App. Reselling transportation passes is prohibited.

Q: What is the cell phone policy for Seahawks Training Camp?

A: To protect the team, photos and videos are prohibited during the "Team Period" portion of practice. Prior to the "Team Period", an announcement will be made via the PA system notifying fans when the team has entered this portion of practice. Photos and videos will be permitted prior to and following the designated "Team Period" portion of practice.

Q: What Items am I allowed to bring to Seahawks Training Camp?

A: The following items are permitted at Seahawks Training Camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center: Hats, Jackets, Sunscreen (non-aerosol only), Sunglasses (without a case), Binoculars (without a case), Blankets, Footballs (deflated), Lawn Chairs, Seat Cushions, Strollers, Outside Food (carried only in bags compliant with the NFL Clear Bag Policy), Printed Training Camp Transportation Voucher(s).

Q: What Items are prohibited at Seahawks Training Camp?

A: The following items are prohibited at Seahawks Training Camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic: Weapons (of any kind), Alcoholic Beverages, Glass, Aerosol cans of sunscreen, Noisemakers, Coolers, Umbrellas, Cans, Metal Water Bottles, Pets (registered service animals will be permitted), Camcorders (professional cameras and tripods), Any item deemed inappropriate by security, Shirts and shoes are required. (Please refrain from wearing any type of distracting or inappropriate apparel.), Meta Glasses.

Q: May I bring my camera to Seahawks Training Camp?

A: You may bring personal still photography cameras and digital cameras. Photographic support tools that may interfere with others' enjoyment of the game (tripods, no detachable lenses, etc.) are not permitted at Seahawks Training Camp.

Camera cases are prohibited in accordance with the Clear Bag Policy.

To protect the team, all photography is prohibited during the "Team Period" portion of practice. Photography will be permitted prior to and following the designated "Team Period" portion of practice. The use of audio or video recording devices during the "Team Period" portion of practice is strictly forbidden, including camcorders or cellular phones with video capabilities. Videotaping, live streaming, and blogging during practice are strictly prohibited.

Q: May we bring our coolers to Seahawks Training Camp?

A: Coolers are not permitted. Outside food and factory sealed water bottles are permitted, however they must only be carried in bags compliant with the Clear Bag Policy.

Q: What kind of bags are permitted at Seahawks Training Camp?

A: To ensure safety and expedite check-in, the Seattle Seahawks will enforce the Clear Bag Policy at Seahawks Training Camp. Fans may only bring the following bags and items into Seahawks Training Camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center:

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"

• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar)

• Small clutch bags, that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into Seahawks Training Camp along with one of the clear bag options.

• Seat cushions and lawn chairs with minimal pockets and zipped compartments. Chairs that fold-up and are carried in bags will be permitted, however the bag will be subject to search.

NOTE: An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at Bag Check. Fans are encouraged to review the Clear Bag Policy developed to balance fan needs and improve public safety and convenience. Backpacks and bags are discouraged.

If practice moves indoors or is canceled, we will notify all registered guests as early as possible via automated phone message, text message and / or email. Cancellation announcements will also be posted through the Seahawks official Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts.

If practice is cancelled due to inclement weather, select re-registration dates will be distributed to registered guests.

If the team moves inside during practice, fans will depart the Virginia Mason Athletic Center and return to The Landing in Renton.

Practices are all subject to change without notice.

Fans are asked to comply with the Seattle Seahawks Fan Code of Conduct and the requests of Seahawks Training Camp and Lumen Field employees. Failure to follow these rules and policies will result in immediate removal from Seahawks Training Camp. All Seahawks Training Camp transportation pass holders and Seahawks Football Fest ticket holders are responsible for their own conduct as well as the conduct of their guests.
