One Login Is All You Need

The Seahawks have partnered with the NFL to streamline access across platforms. You can now log in to both the NFL App and Seahawks App using the same credentials.

Follow these 3 easy steps to update and log in to your Seahawks Mobile App.

Step 1: Download the latest version of the Seahawks Mobile App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Update Your Mobile App.

Step 2: Select My Profile from the main menu and tap Login. If you have an existing NFL Account, login with those credentials. If you previously created a Seahawks Mobile App Profile, use those credentials to sign in to your profile. If you do not remember your password, select Forgot Password to reset it.

Step 3: Once logged in, you will be prompted to connect to your Ticketmaster Account where you can manage your mobile tickets ahead of gameday.

Step #1


When you open the Seahawks Mobile App for the first time and tap on More found on the bottom menu then Find Tickets in the menu that appears, you'll receive a prompt to create a Seahawks Mobile App Profile.

Follow the prompts to create your new profile. This is separate from your Seahawks Account Manager account, powered by Ticketmaster. You'll have the chance to connect your account and log in at the next step.

Step #3


Once your Seahawks App Profile is complete, you will be able to connect your Seahawks Account Manager account, powered by Ticketmaster by either logging in or signing up for an account.

Step #4


Login to your Seahawks Account Manager account, powered by Ticketmaster to see your game tickets. Please be sure to use the email address associated with your tickets.

Don't have an account? Follow the prompts to create one using the email address associated with your ticket account.

Forgot your password? Select the Forgot Password option to reset it. You can choose to receive an email or text-message with a one-time code to reset your password. Enter the code and set your new password to log in.

Once logged in to your Seahawks Account Manager account you will see an event tile for each game. If you have parking passes, you will see a separate event tile with your parking. Tap on the game or parking option that you wish to transfer. Please note if you wish to transfer both a ticket and parking, you must do that separately.

Tap Transfer at the bottom of your screen to select the tickets you wish to send.

Check the boxes for the seats you'd like to transfer.

Step #8


Enter your recipient's contact information and tap Transfer Tickets. Your guest will receive an email or SMS notification prompting them to accept their tickets. They can use the email or SMS prompts to follow the steps, or use the Seahawks Mobile App to view and accept the transfer.

Important: Your guest must complete the Accept Tickets process before the tickets are officially transferred. They will need to create a Seahawks Account Manager account, powered by Ticketmaster, using the same email address the tickets were sent to. Frequently Asked Questions

How do I send my mobile tickets to a guest?

When you log into Seahawks Account Manager through the Seahawks Mobile App or on a web browser, select your desired game and choose the "Transfer" button to send your mobile tickets to someone. Follow the prompts and your guest will receive an email with a link to access and accept your tickets. For full instructions, review our "Transferring Your Tickets" tutorial above.

Does the person I send the tickets to need a Seahawks account?

Yes. If they don't have one already, they will be prompted to create one during the ticket transfer acceptance process. Please note that the email address they use on their account must match the email address the ticket transfer was sent to.

What if I transfer tickets to the wrong person, can I recall the tickets?

Yes, as long as the ticket transfer is still pending and hasn't been accepted by your guest, you can cancel the transfer through Seahawks Account Manager and reclaim your tickets.

What if my guest can't go and they've already accepted the ticket transfer?

If your guest has accepted the ticket transfer but can no longer attend, they can transfer the ticket either back to you or to another guest. The transfer process is exactly the same! Review our "Transferring Your Tickets" tutorial above for full instructions.

Can ticket holders transfer tickets after the event has started?

No, transfers are not available after kickoff.
