Good afternoon, 12s.

Here's a look at what's "out there" for today — Wednesday, May 30 — about your Seattle Seahawks:

ESPN's Biggest NFL Storylines

The last few months of the NFL offseason have been eventful to say the least.

Leading up to the season which debuts in 99 days, ESPN.com previewed the biggest storylines involving players, coaches, new rules changes and more heading into 2018.

Multiple Seahawks-related angles were included in the preview, including first-year running back Rashaad Penny being selected among fantasy rookies with the most potential for success, and Seattle's Week 13 matchup against against San Francisco — Richard Sherman's return to CenturyLink Field.  Here's why ESPN listed Penny as a player that may cash in (pun intended) fantasy-wise this upcoming season:

"Seattle surprised a lot of people by drafting Penny in the first round, but the Seahawks identified him as a back who could step right into the kind of system they run on offense. Opportunity is everything in fantasy, and a team whose quarterback led it in rushing last season is looking for someone to grab the reins in the running game."

Social Post Of The Day

Today's "Social Post of the Day" comes from Seahawks rookie punter Michael Dickson:
