The Seahawks made one roster move ahead of Sunday's practice, waiving defensive end MJ Anderson.
Anderson signed with the Seahawks in May after going undrafted out of Iowa State, one of 25 undrafted rookies signed following the 2023 draft. The move leaves one open spot on the 90-man roster.
