Running back Myles Gaskin is back on the Seahawks practice squad a day after being waived from the 53-man roster.

Gaskin, who signed to the practice squad earlier this season, was added to the 53-man roster ahead of Sunday's game against the Vikings, paving the way for the O'Dea High School grad to play in his first game with his hometown team. Gaskin was then waived on Tuesday and signed back to the practice squad a day later after clearing waivers.

Gaskin, who had a record-setting career at the University of Washington, is in his seventh NFL season, having previously played for the Dolphins, who selected him the seventh round of the 2019 draft, Rams, Vikings and Seahawks.

The Seahawks currently have one open spot on both the 53-man roster and practice squad.
