SAN JOSE, Calif.—The Seahawks' final practice of the season included full participation from 51 of the 53 players on the roster, with two players limited, and among that group that practiced fully was rookie safety Nick Emmanwori, who exited practice only two days earlier with an ankle injury.

Emmanwori, who has emerged as a key player in head coach Mike Macdonald's defense, did not practice on Thursday, but both he and his coach said Thursday they were fully expecting that he would be able to play. Friday's injury report served to further confirm that news, with Emmanwori practicing fully and having no game status designation.

"No designation for Nick," Macdonald told ESPN's Kalyn Kahler, the designated pool reporter at Seahawks practice this week. "Turns out he's alive."

Also noted in the Pool report, Friday practice was at the usual Friday ACT tempo.

"ACT is alignment, communication and technique," Macdonald said. "It was a normal Friday workload, all the stuff we do on Friday, so par for the course. Just gonna stick to our process."

Tackle Josh Jones (knee/ankle) and fullback Robbie Ouzts (neck) were the only two players on the roster who were limited in practice, and only Ouzts, who is questionable, has a game status. Ouzts was inactive for Seattle's NFC championship game win due to his neck injury.

The Patriots have three players listed as questionable, including a pair of defensive starters, outside linebacker Harold Landry, who was limited in practice Friday due to a knee injury, and linebacker Robert Spillane, who was limited with an ankle injury. Also questionable is defensive lineman Joshua Farmer, who has returned to practice from injured reserve but has not yet been activated and added to the 53-man roster.

Quarterback Drake Maye, who was limited in practice last week due to a shoulder injury, practiced fully throughout this week and does not have a game status, so he is officially good to go.

Seahawks players practiced on Thursday, February 5, 2026 in San Jose, California.
