Good morning, 12s.

Here's a look at what's 'out there' for today – Monday, March 23 – about your Seattle Seahawks:

Play Inside, Play For The World

Over the weekend, the official Twitter account of Nike posted a graphic that encouraged people to 'play inside,' an important message during these strange times.

The message was well-received by a handful of Seahawks players as they took to Twitter to repost the graphic on their personal accounts. Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson led the charge, reposting the graphic along with a photo of himself getting after it during one of his offseason workouts.

The next players to show their support was none other than the Griffin brothers. Seahawks cornerback Shaquill Griffin and linebacker Shaquem Griffin also re-shared the graphic.

Our official account reposted the photo as well, stressing the importance of social distancing and preventing the spread of COVID-19.

Social Post Of The Day

Today's 'Social Post of the Day' comes from Seahawks kicker Jason Myers, as he shares a photo on Instagram announcing that he and his wife are expecting a baby girl.
