'A Football Life:' Mike Holmgren

In case you missed it when it aired last Friday night and have yet to catch the video here at Seahawks.com, former Seattle head coach Mike Holmgren, who led the club to its first ever Super Bowl, was featured on NFL Films' latest episode of 'A Football Life.'

The series profiles Holmgren's early years playing high school quarterback, to his start as a QB coach with the San Francisco 49ers, showcasing Holmgren’s relationship with Joe Montana during the 49ers’ 1988 Super-Bowl winning season. 'A Football Life' also delves into the connection Holmgren formed with Steve Young in San Francisco before moving on to head-coaching jobs with the Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks, where he played a key role in the development of quarterbacks Brett Favre and Matt Hasselbeck.
