Cooper Kupp, Seahawks receiver
In March, during the offseason, receiver Cooper Kupp signed with the Seahawks after being released by the Rams. Kupp is 9 games into his Seahawks tenure and will face his former team for the first time in Week 11. Following Seattle's win against the Cardinals, Kupp said, "We're getting ready to prepare for what that team presents to us, and I think they're playing good ball right now. Shoot, just looking forward to another great challenge. Go out there and go this week and try to go 1-0."
Ernest Jones IV, Seahawks linebacker
Ernest Jones IV spent his first three seasons with the Rams, after being drafted by them in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft. He was then traded to the Tennessee Titans and then traded to the Seahawks within two months. While he was with the Rams, he played in 47 games, starting 33 of those.
Derion Kendrick, Seahawks cornerback
Drafted in the sixth round by the Rams in 2022. Derion Kendrick spent the 2022 and 2023 seasons with L.A. before being put on injured reserve ahead of the 2024 training camp and ultimately being waived by the Rams following the 2025 training camp. Seattle claimed Kendrick off waivers in August of this year, and Kendrick has played eight games for Seattle this season and had an interception in back-to-back games earlier this season against the Steelers and Saints.
Colby Parkinson, Rams tight end
Colby Parkinson was drafted by Seattle in 2020 and spent four seasons with the Seahawks before becoming a free agent in 2024 and signing with the Rams.
Poona Ford, Rams defensive tackle
Poona Ford made Seattle's roster as an undrafted rookie and over five seasons in Seattle, from 2018-2022, he started 64 games. He signed with the Rams earlier this year during free agency.
Jake Peetz, Seahawks offensive passing game coordinator
Jake Peetz spent two seasons with the Rams as the pass game specialist from 2022-2023 before being hired as Seattle's offensive passing game coordinator in 2024.
