The Seahawks beat the Rams in the NFC championship game on Sunday, and now will spend the next two weeks preparing to face the Patriots in Super Bowl LX.

While there won't be official injury reports until next week, Macdonald gave a few updates on his team's injuries coming out of Sunday's win.

Quarterback Sam Darnold, who had a phenomenal game, throwing for 346 yards and three touchdowns, was limited in practice last week due to the oblique injury he suffered in practice leading up to the divisional round. Whether Darnold will continue to be limited in his preparation this week or next week remains to be seen.

"I don't know what the trajectory is, how many reps he's going to need, how much he's going to want to take," Macdonald said. "I don't know that yet."

The news was positive on left tackle Charles Cross, who was able to play Sunday despite leaving the divisional round win with a foot injury.

"To my knowledge, he's good, just a little sore," Macdonald said.

The Seahawks had two players leave Sunday's win with injuries, fullback/tight end and special teams standout Brady Russell, who has a hand injury, and linebacker Drake Thomas, who has a shoulder injury.

On Russell, Macdonald said, "He's got a hand right now, so we'll just kind of work through it on what the timing is and what we need to do."

And on Thomas, Macdonald said. "I don't know the extent of practice available and all that, but it's just a shoulder right now."

Fullback Robbie Ouzts missed Sunday's game due to a neck injury, and Macdonald did not know yet whether Ouzts will be back for the Super Bowl, though that is the hope.

"We hope so," he said. "It's got to calm down so we can have a better feel for how it's going to look. I'm not sure what his practice is going to be this week."
