Good morning, 12s.

Here's a look at what's 'out there' for today – Friday, February 7 – about your Seattle Seahawks:

Best Celebration And Best In Throw

First off, happy Friday! Now let's get down to business and 'round up' the news for the day.

"Hello and welcome to the fourth annual G.M.F.B. Awards. The "only" program that honors the best football has to offer in the NFL's 100th season," wittily announces Good Morning Football co-host Kyle Brandt.

Out of the three awards the show handed out this year, the Seattle Seahawks took home two of them. For the 'Best Celebration Award,' the Seahawks wideouts were recognized for their popular touchdown celebration from week six in Cleveland.

The choreographed dance was inspired by NSYNC and was even recognized by the popular music group. "After the team meal, after the team meeting, they go in their room, they practice the choreography. Shout out to them for nailing it, man," compliments Nate Burleson as he reviews the tape.

The official Twitter account for NSYNC actually congratulated the Seattle Seahawks last Saturday after winning the NFL's Touchdown Celebration of the Year award at the NFL Honors.

For the 'Best In Throw Award,' Seahawks QB Russell Wilson took the cake for his incredible touchdown pass to WR Tyler Lockett, making a jaw-dropping toe-tap catch in the corner of the end zone against the Los Angeles Rams in week five.

"This was my favorite romance to watch," says Kay Adams as she references the connection between Wilson and Lockett. "They were reading each other every game."

John & Traci Schneider Receive Paul G. Allen Award

Seahawks general manager John Schneider and wife Traci were recognized for their philanthropic contributions with the Paul G. Allen Award at the Seattle Sports Star of the Year Awards on Thursday evening.

Social Post Of The Day

Today's 'Social Post of the Day' comes from Seahawks LB Bobby Wagner, as he quote retweets safety Eric Weddle and congratulates him on his retirement.
