Featuring postgame quotes from the following:

Head Coach Mike Macdonald

All right, holy smokes. What a great football game. I mean, first of all, an incredibly electric atmosphere. Just an all-time great atmosphere shown by our 12s. Shoutout to all our people and the Seahawks, too, all the lights. It was just an electric atmosphere. With all the adversity we're dealing with throughout the game, they didn't leave. Not a seat was empty. Given all the circumstances they stuck with us. Our team could feel it. It was awesome. Just talking about our football team, just so proud of our group. This is who we are. We set out to show that -- you know, to prove to ourselves who we were as a team. A lot did not go our way today, both good job by the Rams, some of the stuff we got to obviously clean up on our end. The list goes on and on. I'll tell you what, the resiliency, relentlessness is there, the character of this team is there. They have each other's backs all three phases. All that stuff we been talking about since we walked on the door is real and they've earned that. So just really, really proud of our group. Really, really proud of our group. Just really, really proud. So we're going to enjoy the heck out of this one and get some rest this weekend and get back at it. Just really proud of our group.

Can you talk about the decision to go for two in overtime?

Well, it was something we had talked about really throughout the season and then really particularly for this game because of the playoff situation. You know, do you play for the tie and lock up a playoff seed. I just felt great about our play and I trusted our guys. To Klint's credit, he was really confident and then the players ultimately make it happen. Once we got that drive going it was pretty clear what we were going to do.

On thoughts of kicking the PAT and going to overtime.

I mean, it was an option. Like starting that drive thinking about how we were going to handle that, I made up our decision how we were going to handle it.

Might not be fair to ask to pinpoint something. Can you say a why? Is there a common why of how you came back from 16 down with seven minutes left? Is there a factor? You mentioned the resiliency.

It's those guys in there. They decided that they were going to play a certain way and be the team that they talk about, and they back it up every day, every day. No matter the circumstance, they do it. Defensively, we were down guys. You know, they're moving the ball up and down the field. We're coming up with red zone stops and making adjustments and fighting our tails off, and then punt return team makes a huge play, offense starts -- I mean, that's who they are; it's the players.

Saubert, he's not a guy that gets the ball a lot but I know he means a lot to this team. For him to get that moment at the end?

Oh, yeah. Don't quote me on this, but I think he's fourth in the progression on that play, and so our offensive line, I mean, that's a tough front to block and Sam being able to extend the play and trust his read and trust his progressions and just a phenomenal play, man. Pretty good feeling when he caught it.

How about the heads-up play by Charbonnet?

Incredible. Pick up every loose ball. Just simple.

Ever seen anything quite like that?

I have not. Ball was going backwards.

What was the process on that for deciding to actually have the replay or asking for the replay and realizing that maybe it was a lateral?

Well, to my knowledge everything is reviewable on a two point.

At what point do you realize or your staff realize that it was backward? You guys lined up for kickoff.

Yeah, honestly, they said they were looking at it, so then we started to look at whether it was a backward or not. We didn't notice it in real time.

Kenneth Walker's play when he ran down the interception short of the goal line.

Yeah, incredible.

How many times will you run that this week?

How many times will we what?

Film.

Oh, yeah. Talk about favorite plays of just who Ken Walker is, I mean, that's Seahawks football. That's us right there and that's Ken. So we love him. That's a phenomenal, phenomenal play. Helped us win the game.

Mentioned Darnold's resiliency. Had a tough night but came back strong in the fourth quarter in overtime.

Our story has stayed the same since day one with Sam. It's everybody else that has different stories. This is a guy that we watch every day. Same guy every day no matter the circumstance. He's an ultimate competitor. He's a phenomenal leader. Just keeps fighting and keeps plugging away. We weren't worried one bit. So that's Sam.

Getting them three for six in the red zone, how crucial was that, especially early on when you were able to get a couple stops?

Coming out of the game and it was funny. Told the team what the score was and they said, doesn't matter. What matters is we won the football game. Now, we're going to learn how to improve on these things. In the first half was a lot of the early down stuff that was getting us, and so we made some adjustments in the second half. We were able to get them in some third downs and then we botched some third downs. So that's really my responsibility to make sure we're cleaner in those situations, and they made a great play there at the end on that end cut to Puka. We got to play it better. That's a heck of a football play. We're inches away from celebrating, because EJ is a pick. That's what we're dealing with. So you can't worry about stats in real time. You're just trying to fix it and move forward and keep playing the next play. That's really the message to the guys. That's what they did. I don't know what the stats are, but we gave up a ton of yards and a ton of points and we got to be better. But the fight was there, you know. We figured out a way to win, like just last week. Completely different game last week. Great teams figure out a way to win. This week was completely different and we still figured it out.

What does it say about the Seattle Seahawks overcoming adversity, persevering yet again?

It's who we are. It's what we do. You know, you believe in who you are and then you keep doing it and keep proving it really to yourself, to our guys. They understand who they are, and then when it's time to put it on the line they're ready to go.

You mentioned Puka. 12 for 225 for him tonight. What did you see what gave you fits?

They had a great game plan. They're elite coaches over there. They do a great job and execute at a high level and got great players. We got to play better and got to game plan better, call it better. I wasn't good enough on the defensive front. We know that. Puka is a great player. He made some great contested catches that you got it chalk that up to him being a great player and they're going to win some of those and there are some where we got to play tremendously better as well. So it's a combination. Obviously can't give up 200 yard games to anybody.

On Coby Byrant and Nick Emmanwori injuries.

Coby has a knee. I'm not going put a time frame on it. It's not automatically season-ending right now is the point I guess. And Nick was able to come back if we were going to go back on the field. Riq also a knee I think to some extent. Not sure how serious it is.

So Emmanwori cleared the concussion protocol?

To my understanding, yes.

Mike you guys clinched a playoff berth with a win, your first as a head coach. Is that something you take a minute to you enjoy or do you just focus on what's still ahead of you?

Well, this is a little bit of a preview, but up to this point our mission has been to win the in next game, and then our next goal was to make the playoffs. So we've kind of achieved our next goal. So we'll learn that on Monday, and then our next goal is to win the division. Now, you can't do that unless you win the next one, so it's the same message. Obviously really excited to be in the dance. Anything can happen once you get in, but we got a division title on the line that we need to go capture and that starts by winning in Carolina.

Special teams can be such an equalizer in a game like this. For Rashid Shaheed have a kick return and a punt return and for him to get the crowd reignited there...

Yeah, it was great. I mean, our special teams unit has just been a massive catalyst for us. You know, even when Tory was returning punts he was doing a great job. Having Rashid do it, being decisive, getting downhill, punt return team blocking their tails off, yeah, you're right. That was definitely kind of ignited part of the comeback for sure.

I think you had one hit on Stafford through three quarters. It seemed like you started to find a little more pressure on him late. How critical that was late?

It's hard to rush the passer on second-and-one. We had a lot of second and ones and they were running it and they were running it effectively, and we were trying to figure out solutions. The second half we figured out some solutions. I thought our coaches did a great job of finding some adjustments. Can't be taken to the second half. Got to be faster on that front. When you're getting into more pass situations, now you can do what we do.

Mike, given everything that happened in this game what can you talk about in terms of what you always say, process over results, just their commitment at the end?

What we're going to go is go back and look at the game and we're going to assess how we game plan and what we called, when, who is doing what, and say, okay, how can we make it better on the front end, and then go from there. That's what we're going to do. We're very excited with the result. Obviously we love the result. I'm very happy with how we played in terms of our mentality and physicality and resiliency. But we're a play away from we're going to be really disappointed right now. So it's the same message after San Francisco. We were a play away from winning that game, and the approach has to stay consistent. And it will. It will. Our guys will be great as we come back and get ready to go.

Resiliency is one thing, but Sam's composure to throw two picks against the defense that gave him fits this year and last year, and then make those four throws in a row bang on that you needed in that game.

Yeah, we just said it. Again, like it's everybody else's job to put meaning and all the stuff attached to what happens out there, but it's our job to go be us and be resilient. That's what Sam does. He's him. He's a competitor. He does the same thing every day. You know, we have his back and he knows that, so just keep going and do your thing and go figure out a way to win a game.

Guys who are competitors can kind of close up and fall apart in situations like that.

I'm just speaking for Sam. That's who Sam is. He doesn't do that. And the team deserves credit too because he feels the support of the guys that we have his back and that's real.

The catch Cooper made late in the game...

Oh, incredible. We were going to go fast but it became pretty clear that he made the catch. I don't know, probably could have gotten huddled right there, but that's Coop. Just dragging the toe. Great play.

Jax has had a few games this year kind of quiet in the first half and no catches and then 97 I think in the second half in overtime. Just what does that tell you about him?

Yeah, like to me it's a non-issue. Like let's keep figuring out a way to move the ball, and turns out Jax is a great way to move the ball, so let's get him the ball as much as we can. If we can't, give it to somebody else. Keep plugging away and figuring out ways to go score touchdowns. You do that and you have a play and you just keep attacking, it's going to come to life. Might not be that game. Could be the next week, but that's who he is. For us it's just we're just trying to go win.

Mike, the two games you played the Rams you didn't sack Matthew Stafford once. Is there something they've done in those games?

Yeah, throwing it before we get to him. (Laughter.)

QB Sam Darnold

That was crazy. I think just overall you guys are going to think I'm weird for saying this, but I didn't think we played our best football. I certainly didn't play my best football. We got a lot of work to do there. At the end of the day we won and the team in that locker room, all the guys in that locker room, we work so hard for moments like this. Obviously like I said we got a lot of work to do and we're going to continue to push and get better, but those guys in the locker room deserve a win like that, and against really, really good team. You know, the defense they have over there, I have a ton of respect for them. Obviously with Stafford, what he's been able to do not only his whole career but today and this season has been unbelievable. Very happy for our guys.

You got four throws in overtime, four completions. Needed them all to win. Walk me through what you were seeing.

For me especially, I've had games like this in the past where I haven't played necessarily my best football and turned the ball over, but at the end of the game you see yourself on the other side. It's not great when you have interceptions and turnovers. You want to limit that. But all you can do is fight back. For us, I was just going to continue to plug away, get the ball to open receivers, and go through my reads.

If you could pinpoint it, how and why did you respond in the last seven minutes? You personally and the team.

I think as a team it's just what we've done all season. We're a very resilient, relentless group. We just continue to go. There is no quit. We're always going to continue to fight. There has been games where we have won by a lot and there has been games where it's been kind of like this. Not necessarily like that, but just up and down, waves of emotion; kind of low and going back up, taking the lead, getting back down, and taking the lead in the end. So we can win in all facets. Again, I'm very proud of the guys in the locker room.

First conversion, what was that -- what did that look like to you? Did it feel look you threw backwards?

Yeah. You know, it was like kind of right on the side and I'm just glad Charbs picked it up. Obviously that was a game-changing play.

Was that designed to be a backward pass or you threw it that way?

It just happened to be backwards. You know, it wasn't necessarily talked about. We were just going to try to get it in down there on the goal line.

At any this point did you realize -- because everyone was lining up for the kickoff thinking you're down two points. At what point did you realize you might be tied?

When they started reviewing it and we saw it on the big screen.

That last two-point conversion, Mike said that was the fourth progression to Eric. What can you say about that play?

It was a great play, great play designed by our coaches. I just saw on the front side it didn't look great, so just got back side and knew that my check down was going to be there eventually. Saw Sauby, Eric Saubert, so he did a great job just kind of finding that soft spot.

He's kind of that glue guy that does a lot of things we don't see but doesn't have a lot of production here.

Yeah.

For him to get that moment, how cool is that?

It's unbelievable, man. That's the beauty of the NFL. You have all these guys. You have JSN, 'Shid. You have guys like Coop that make all these plays, and the guy that wins the game is Sauby. He's been in the league for so long, and I'm just very happy for him.

Sam, 16 point fourth quarter comeback and then you guys go down by a touchdown, overtime. How do you maintain your resolve and resilience to keep coming back and never giving up?

It's just the identity of our team. We're always going to fight no matter what the circumstance is.

Could you feel the momentum shift in the building when Rashid had that return?

Yeah, he's been making plays since he got here. Really even before that when he was in New Orleans. He's always made plays. We've seen it on tape all the time. For him to just come in here and do his job and make plays, it's not that we don't expect it, but it's just unbelievable when he does make a play.

Sam, a lot of the times you faced this Rams defense it was pretty tough. Is it for you personally mean anything to get a win against this group and defense?

Like you said, they're a tough defense. They have a really good scheme. They have good players that make it work. They got a great offense as well that complements their defense really well. It's a good win. It's a good divisional win. Again, like I said, it wasn't pretty by any means. The turnovers I got to cut down. That's unacceptable, and just going to continue to find ways to get better.

Wallace tracks with Cooper across the formation on the motion there. Is it just them getting you, thinking it's man and he's going with Coop on the slant and then drop into zone? Is that kind of what happened on that one?

On which one, sorry?

The first one there.

Yeah, he made a really good play.

WR Cooper Kupp

On where this game ranks in the crazy games he's played

That's up there. I don't know if I can remember one that was just as (crazy), the momentum changes and the stepping up of different people all over the team. Different phases of football, it was it was it was a great one.

On what he saw from Sam Darnold throughout the game

He's just putting more examples of what we've known because he's resilient. His steadiness, his leadership, all these things that you want a quarterback. You've got to have a guy step in the huddle, that's going to lead you the right way, regardless of what's put on him and whatever adversities come his way. His ability to overcome it, to go through it, and still be the same Sam Darnold that we need him to be, it's very impressive and he's done an unbelievable job of it. Yeah, he was no different.

On what happened on his fumble

Great play by Kam Curl, great job. I've got to do a better job of holding the football there. Big time play, big opportunity to double dip before half, just got to hold the ball better.

LB Ernest Jones IV

On how he is feeling

Feeling good. Got a win. Got a good win, much needed win. Got a playoff spot, so feeling pretty good right now.

On getting the three consecutive three-and-outs

I think for us there were a few miscommunication times where they were open deep in the back part of the field where we were just miscommunicating, wasn't on the same page. I think that shifted and we were able to get on the same page for those three 3-and-outs.

On the defense making stops despite missing key players

Unfortunately, we've been doing that all year. Hopefully and preferably those guys are good. Guys gotta step up in big games like this where number one is on the line, a playoff spot is on the line, guys gotta step up and I'm grateful that we've been doing that all year so it was nothing this time.

On rallying after being down 16 points in the fourth quarter

It's never over until zero-zero in the fourth quarter. If we got a chance and time is still running, we got a chance. So, it's never over.

On Sam Darnold's play

This is the same thing that I know about Sam. Sam's a baller. When we need Sam, Sam's going to come through and he did just that today.

On whether the Rams were trash talking

They were saying stuff. Yeah, they were saying stuff. I won't repeat what they were saying because it's not really good, but they were talking.

On beating his former team

If I'm being completely honest with y'all, as long as we won I could care less. The win matters, and we're moving on and we get a chance to go to the playoffs and keep fighting.

On the balance of celebrating today vs. what's still left to accomplish

We'll celebrate it today and tomorrow, and I'm pretty sure most guys, once Sunday rolls around, there's a new schedule of football, it's over with. We're ready to go play the Panthers.

On the offense picking up the defense today

That was big. You go through these seasons, at certain points in time, certain groups and certain phases, they got to hit their point, hit their mark and help the team out, and I believe offense and special teams did that. Shaheed brought us back in the game with that big return. Sam out there dealing like he knows how. We knew that if you gave us the opportunity he would get us down there. I think for us it just says that we can play, and we can ball and just any opportunity we can make plays and go win a game.

On the challenge presented by Puka Nacua

It will be interesting to go back and look at the tape. We were miscommunicating, wasn't on the same page a lot of the time. And then, granted, you said it, Matthew and Puka are really good football players. He's going to make his plays, we just got to do our best to eliminate him.

WR Rashid Shaheed

On if he thought during the punt return he had a chance to take it for a touchdown

Yeah, based on the field position, we knew that we were going to be able to get a return. We've been focused on that left return all week. We knew that they had kind of a weak point with their special teams and we were able to circle the punt return team and make a big play.

On clinching a playoff berth and his time in Seattle

It's been a great time. It's been a lot, but it's been fun. This team, being around these guys, they encourage each and every one of us, the coaches. They believe in us and that's the biggest thing, the belief in this team is amazing. I feel like that's how we're able to accomplish all these amazing things.

On his punt return touchdown flipping the energy of the game

Just being able to create a spark for my teammates is always a great opportunity. Any chance we get to create momentum going into drives or with our special teams or offense, defense. It's always good for the team. Being able to celebrate with those guys for the big play means everything.

On being the fourth player in team history to have a kick return and punt return touchdown in the same season

That's crazy. That's cool to think about. Shout out to the other guys that allow me to make those plays. That's all them.

On what Sam Darnold showed him in this game

He's resilient. He's a great competitor. He's a leader of this team and he knows that. Just to put us in that position, it shows the type of quarterback that Sam is. That was an amazing way to finish the game.

RB Kenneth Walker lll

On tonight's game

We just had a great team win. No one gave up and we never think we're going to lose the game. We're going to keep fighting all four quarters, overtime, however long it takes.

On playing with Seattle WR Rashid Shaheed

It's great. He switched the momentum a lot. He's a playmaker, he makes big plays and that was another big play. We love having him here.

On the run game

I believe we just executed better. All week we talked about the run game and ways that we can spring it open, so the execution was much better this week.

On Seattle QB Sam Darnold

He's always calm, cool, and collected. He's never too high or too low. It's just like a clean slate. That's him all around, that's been him since he got here. We're going to have adversity throughout games; he's just a playmaker.

WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba

On tonight's game

I feel great. I give all the glory to God. My teammates played great. Going out there and executing, defense gave us a chance, Sam (Darnold) leading us no matter how it looks. I know we're going to go down there and do what we have to do. Like I said before, love this team, love this city and I'm excited for what's next.

On QB Sam Darnold

It just shows a true competitor. A lot of guys would get down on themselves and give up, lay down. That's not what we do, that's not who he is and that goes around to the whole team. I'm excited to have a leader in Sam (Darnold).

On Eric Saubert's game-winning play

It means a lot. It felt like I scored the game-winning 2-point conversion. Just so happy for him and the work he puts in. He's also a big-time leader for us. The O-Line too, credit to them. The guys that don't really get a lot of shine, they're the glue. They're the reason why we go and so I'm very happy for Saub (Eric Saubert) and the rest of the team.

On clinching playoff berth

It's huge. For me, it's honestly bigger than any award that I've gotten yet so far. I'm excited for this postseason. I'm ready to give it all and leave it all out there on the field.

DT Leonard Williams

On how the win feels

It feels amazing. I've been in this league for 11 years, and I've only been to the playoffs once, so to know that we're already going to the playoffs with, you know, a few games left, it's just amazing we have an incredible team.

On if their team connection showed up in the game today

This isn't the only time that showed up. We've been in some tough-fought games throughout the season, and we've rallied, we've found a way to win multiple times. To be down that much in the fourth quarter and make a comeback like that was incredible, and to make that two-point conversion when it counted. We just have a really special tune.

On the defense

It definitely wasn't up to our standards in the first half. Especially in the run game. They were running the ball too well. Our defense thrives on stopping them on first and second down, and getting to our third down packages. It was hard for us to get to our third down packages when we couldn't stop the run. I think we made some good adjustments in the second half, though. At halftime, we changed the way we were going to play the front a little bit, which gave us a little bit more one-on-one blocks. It allowed me and (Byron Murphy II) and some of the guys on that front, to gap in the half style defense. It helped us stop the run a little bit better in the second half.

On the last overtime play

I feel just amazing. I think throughout the game, throughout the season, what makes this team so special, and we just talked about us having a connection, is when we're in these primetime games, when we're down, when we're facing adversity, no one on our team has doubt. When (the offense) took the field, when they were going on that last drive, and then on the two-point conversion, the whole sideline had complete faith in our offense.

CB Riq Woolen

On the comeback

That's what makes the game of football so fun. Things may never go your way, just like life. Things may never go your way, but that doesn't mean you should ever give up. That means you just keep working, keep grinding and keep going at it and something happens. And today, [on] offense, they didn't give up. They just kept fighting and happening, and when things started to finally go their way, they capitalized and we came out with the win.

On the depth of the team with many players having to fill in

It's a testament to our team. There's no fall off, no drop off. We have all the competitors on our team. We have all the guys who are balled in and it's just a testament that even if one of us goes down, a man's got to do the same thing.

TE AJ Barner

On if there was any doubt they would go for two points at the end of the game

No, I knew that we'd go for two. I feel like in that situation, you have to go for two. So, no doubts that we were going for two.

On the energy in the stadium

Unreal. Lumen [Field] is the best stadium in the world. Our fans are the best. We feed off of them. And you've got to feed the fans too with big plays. That's what we did.

On being able to beat the Rams even when trailing by 15+ points in the fourth quarter

The Rams are a good team. A win is a win, no matter how many points you come back from. We might have to run it back again.

NT Jarran Reed

On what Mike Macdonald said after the game

We've got more work to do.

On what changed for the defense in the fourth quarter to get some three and outs

We just stayed resilient. We keep fighting hard.

On the yards given up

We won the game. We'll fix all of that later.

On what he's most proud of with the defense

The way that we stayed in the fight. We stayed working hard. We stayed fighting hard.

LB Drake Thomas

On if high-scoring games are more mentally challenging

Yeah, I mean, as a defensive player, I hate it. To see that many points and that many yards, it's frustrating. But to stay locked in and stay focused and keep on going, you know, next drive mentality, and that's what we did. So, credit to the guys that had on defense tonight.

On Eric Saubert's catch to win the game

It was awesome. I'm watching Sam (Darnold). He goes through his progression and gets back to that guy. It's just great all-around play, and it won us the game, so it was a great play.

TE Eric Saubert

On his feelings after catching the game-winning two-point conversion

Had a chip on the defensive end. Help out the left tackle. I knew I was late in the progression. Sam (Darnold) is amazing at going through his progression. He found me late, and I kind of blacked out after that, so I can't tell you anymore.

On what it felt like when he came back

I felt the love for my teammates. We got a team full of amazing people. We all care about each other and feel the love from them, and it's incredible.

On clinching a playoff spot

We're feeling great right now. We're going to celebrate this win, and look forward to next week against Carolina.

On what it has felt like coming back from IR and getting a contract extension

I'm so grateful to be with these guys for another year. The contract extension, getting back and playing ball, doing what I love with my guys - It's incredible.

S Nick Emmanwori

On what the sideline message was during the fourth quarter

Just keep on fighting. Keep on playing like we've been here before. This isn't nothing we haven't been through. We've been through tough games. If we want to go all the way to the Super Bowl, these are the types of games we're going to have to play and the types of games we're going to have to win. (Rashid) Shaheed had a great punt return and that gave us momentum back that we needed to go take this game over.

On if today was a "bend, not break" game

For sure, it was a 'bend, not break' type of game, you can say that. We gave up way too many yards, rushing and passing as we would like. We just have to get back to the drawing board and that's not us as a defense. Respectfully, I think we're the best defense in the NFL. I still do after this night, but we have to go back to the drawing board, get a full week, and get the work in and fix all that stuff.

On if the Rams gave different looks than anticipated

We had a different gameplan with a giant personnel and a zebra personnel. They were going with a lot of giant and we just had to adjust at halftime. It's just different looks that we would have got in practice, but we just had to adjust. Once we adjusted a halftime, things calmed down and we just kept on going out there. We just had to get out of this game. We just had to finish this game strong, and confident. No one on defense ever waivered, we were out there just balling.

T Abraham Lucas

On the game-winning two-point conversion

It was in the back of my mind after we scored. I was like, 'I wonder if he'll kick it, just tie it up, and call it that.' But knowing Mike (Macdonald), Mike's going to go for it all. I'm just happy that we were able to get it done.

On the resilience of the offense

It's a testament to what the coaches have done and what they've been able to do. Specifically, Mike . Coach Mike built this culture, totally committed to it and got the guys to buy in and follow it. I think it's great.

On Sam Darnold after the second interception

Sam's (Darnold) ability to not let failure get to him is impressive to me. Bad plays, I shouldn't even say failure. Because he recognizes his role on the team as the leader, as the head man. He's the same, bad play or good play. We just keep going.

LB Boye Mafe

On if this comeback feels historic

For sure, 100%. You know, especially seeing what we've been building here, what we have been talking about as a team. What we want to do as an organization for the team and everything we've got going on. it's great to see that no matter what, the team never flinches. I've said this before. I say it all the time. no matter what happens, no matter the situation, the team never flinches.

On the win with the stakes so high

100%, but we never flinch. Every game is just a game. We don't make any game bigger than it needs to be. At the end of the day, we go out there every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, it doesn't matter, we're out there. As long as the team is together, we're going to do our job.

On if before the final two-point conversion the play call changed after coach Mike Macdonald called a time out

I'm not sure what was going on, you know? But that was a hell of a call by Mike. I'm not sure what happened. I just line up and play and we came out with a W. That was amazing. That was huge.

On Zach Charbonnet having the presence of mind to pick up the loose ball in the end zone on an earlier two-point conversion attempt…

He's such a good player. With him and K-9, a one-two punch, man, I love those guys. For him to get credit on that play, that was huge for us, to be able to go down there and score.

On the impact of Rashid Sheheed's punt return for a touchdown…

I'm so glad that guy's on our team now. He's been doing nothing but making plays, coming in, being himself, working hard, adapting to the coaching. You can see he's already one of us. He's having a hell of a year. We're super excited to have him. He's going to keep doing this.

On the value of this win…

We're in the playoffs. That's huge for us. I know this team is going to keep taking it one game at a time, keep attacking, keep being 12 as one.

On if Grey Zabel was outrunning Kenneth Walker III on the screen pass

I think Ken (Kenneth Walker III) was setting him up, but moving down the field. Grey (Zabel) was flying."

On Eric Saubert's game-winning catch

Yeah I love Eric (Saubert). He's just a pro. He approaches the same day, every day, getting back to it. I'm just glad to see him, and I'm glad he's the man for that.

C Jalen Sundell

On his emotions right now

Super exciting. It was crazy. It was surreal, when Eric (Saubert) caught that two-point at the end and then ran in there, and all of a sudden the whole team was on us - it was crazy."

On playing the Rams

There's two good teams, two physical teams up front. Two good teams in the trenches. They create different challenges on both sides of the ball.

On clinching a playoff spot

I didn't even know that we clinched (a playoff berth). We were worried about winning today, so that was something that didn't matter.

On the mentality of the team

We're worried about the right now and what we're doing right now, we're not worried about the future. You get lost in what's going to happen in the future with this and that. You can lose focus on what's important right now. The guys are locked in to right now.

On the way the offense was able to answer in overtime

It's special. [Sam Darnold] prepares. He shows up every day and in that moment, we trust him. Our offense has some flow, has some rhythm. Rashid Shaheed gave us some life in this game. This team can do it a lot of ways: special team, offense, defense. We just have faith in ourselves.

On the Rashid Shaheed punt return touchdown turning the game

It gave us life. We felt like for this game, our special teams was a weapon. We have a really good unit. When we got Rashid this year, it gave us a whole new sense of focus and energy on special teams, just knowing that he can return a kick at any moment. And now, he's like, people aren't getting it done, I'm going to do it myself. We love Shaheed. We felt the stadium rocking after that. Defense was getting stops then, offense goes down and scores again and it's a whole new ballgame.

On the defense getting stops when they needed later in the game

Down the stretch, down in the fourth quarter, kind of the whole fourth quarter, we were dialed in. A few three and outs were crucial and our offense got a shorter fields back. There is a lot to correct on defense so we don't want to give up as many yards as we did or as many points as we did. We take a lot of pride in that, but when a team can cover you, the offense can step up, the special teams can step up, it's special. We have a special unit.
