Featuring postgame quotes from the following:

Head Coach Mike Macdonald

MIKE MACDONALD: Dave (Pearson) was telling me that there is still folks out there in our Seattle area still without power. Thoughts and prayers go out to those people. From our perspective having gone through this week, we thought it was a great opportunity for us to come together. I hope everyone is still safe out there, getting through that. Obviously great to win at home finally after this hiatus and bring some joy back to some people's lives. Thought the defense played with great energy, physicality, a lot of detail. Offensively I thought we did some good things, but we need to clean some things up operationally. I thought some penalties drew us back. Just talking to Geno, continue to make better decisions it the red zone, take care of the ball. We were improving and making strides in that area as well, so be a good game to build off.

The defense as a whole today, is this what you feel like you have been building toward all season?

MIKE MACDONALD: A credit goes to our coaches and our players and everyone in the building of just understanding what we're trying to build and just when it's not that way, then you just hammer away and just go to work and work on our processes and try to figure out schematically what we're good at, putting our guys in better situations. It's just everybody working together all the time, staying together, trusting the process. Then you have games where you feel like you played pretty good and helped the team win the game, but it's about consistency. Three games in a row now we played pretty decent on defense. There is an expectation and standard here throughout the course of our Seahawks history that we're trying to live up to and build on. So that's the idea.

How good was Leonard Williams today?

MIKE MACDONALD: I thought he was dominant. I knew he played great and then I looked at the stat line and he played out of his mind.

How much does it help your defense when you have a player like that, 300 plus pounds that can play inside and destroy the guards and then go out in a two-point stance and get a sack?

MIKE MACDONALD: Yeah, not many like him walking the planet, and I'm glad he's on our team. He's a heck of a guy. He's leading the charge in the defensive front room as well with J. Reed (Jarran Reed). J. Reed played really well. John Hankins, all the veterans are helping build the camaraderie in that room. They're playing together and rushing together and coaches are doing a great job leading as well.

The play Devon Witherspoon was able to make on that fourth down to string Kyler out...

MIKE MACDONALD: Yeah, that's Devon Witherspoon 101. Just effort, energy, competitiveness, football understanding, all of the above. So he definitely made that play come to life.

Was that the best timeout you've ever called?

MIKE MACDONALD: Originally I was kind of bummed. I couldn't believe it, and then turned out to be a great time out.

Why did you guys call a timeout there?

MIKE MACDONALD: We play these guys in two weeks. Just kind of not tell you that one.

You mentioned trusting the process. You guys have looked like a different team, especially defensively since the bye week. Anything change from that time?

MIKE MACDONALD: I think just more of an opportunity to go to work on kind of narrowing it down, tighten down the focus about where we're going to live and what we need to do better. I just think like it just doesn't happen overnight. You got to go through it. Can't go around it. The guys have that mentality. That's the only way you can make it come to life. Can't just hit a magic button. The guys know that. We are looking at three weeks now. We're trying to do this over the long haul and make a run here in the latter part of the season, it's going to require us to play this way every week. The guys know that and they're locked in. It requires great weeks of preparation so we got to do it on kind of a short week going over to New York because we have Thanksgiving and we'll give the guys some time to be with their families.

What did the team show you from practice this week just staying focused, getting som adversity, and then coming to the game with that attitude?

MIKE MACDONALD: We didn't blink. It feels like something happens every week so it's kind of par for the course at this point, which is good. You know, good. Onward we go.

Devon Witherspoon asaid you were in your bag today on your calls. Is there something you feel like you're rounding into shape here as a coach at this time?

MIKE MACDONALD: I just think we're playing well together. We are operating well together. I think the guys haven't been with us -- been together for a minute now and we're on the same page about how we're going to play the game. I like to think I'm trying to grow as a coach as well from week to week. In order to do that you have to understand your players and communicate with them, how well you coach stuff. So all of our coaches are doing that. I think we're growing together as a unit. I appreciate he feels that way, but, look, the players make this thing come to life. I mean, they deserve the credit here were they're putting it on the line and executing at a high level and playing together. So they deserve the credit.

You had said this week you wanted to treat this like a home playoff game.

MIKE MACDONALD: Yeah.

Is this what you were hoping to see across the board?

MIKE MACDONALD: We won the game, which is awesome. The fans were fricking awesome. 12s were rocking. The place was bouncing. It was an awesome atmosphere. Just the way we wanted it. But you look at it and we're going to back into the tape. It's never as great and never as bad as you think. It's got to be the same mentality: Go back, attack it, try to take that next percentage increase to get better, and then go stack next week on the road. Then when we get another chance to come back home in a few weeks being let's do it again. That's really the mentality. But, yeah, we want to defend our home turf and make this place a tough place to play for sure.

The fourth down interception by Coby Bryant, how difficult of a play is that by Devon Witherspoon to spin out when he thinks it's going to be an inside run and get out to Murray as quick as possible?

MIKE MACDONALD: On that play, honestly, he was a flat player, so just doing his job.

The speed he takes to get out there to the outside...

MIKE MACDONALD: The urgency, the wherewithal, the competitiveness of just fighting for every inch is just -- I mean, he does it as good as anybody.

Coby Bryant, for months he's a guy that makes plays on the ball. Good to see that come to fruition for him there?

MIKE MACDONALD: Yeah, if the ball is in the air near him I'm assuming he's coming down with it. That's a credit to him.

Speaking of Kyler, how hard is it to prepare for a player of his caliber with those legs?

MIKE MACDONALD: Yeah.

You look like you contained him pretty well today. Are you satisfied with that?

MIKE MACDONALD: I wouldn't say satisfied, but pleased with the effort. Kyler (Murray) is a pain in the neck to get ready for. He's a dynamite player. The things he's been able to do this year are a credit to him. We got a lot of respect for him. We're going to be seeing a lot of him. It's going to be fun going back and forth about how you evolve game plans and how to do things along those lines. Look, our guys, in order to do that you have to rush unselfishly. To be the type of unit up front and rush the way they did, I think that speaks a lot to who we have in that room, how they're doing it, and how we're playing our coverages. It is definitely a team effort.

You talked a lot about the energy that Devon Witherspoon brings to the defense. What have you seen on that front from Tyrice Knight, especially the beginning of this game? Just seemed like he was bringing electricity in the middle and everybody was feeding off that.

MIKE MACDONALD: I think the middle of our defense right now is playing pretty dang good. Happy for him. He's doing a lot during the week to prepare. He is just another example -- I sound like a broken record -- but it's like just stack good moments, good days, good reps, good preparation, take care of your body, study the heck out of the game plan, over communicate, take one play at a time. That's just how you have to do it. To his credit, that's what he does. There is no extra about him. It's just business as usual and he's very poised, even in awesome NFL environments. You got to give him credit for that for being a rookie.

That last offensive drive, you mentioned need to clean some things up on offense, but they took eight minutes off the clock; 13 plays.

MIKE MACDONALD: It was awesome. I really thought we had a chance to close it out the whole way. Geno's (Smith) zero check was just elite. Just high-powered football right there, so he deserves a lot of the credit. Guys ran hard. Offensive line blocked well. Would've been awesome to close it out. To get in field goal range and let J-My (Jason Myers) put it to a two-score game was really the end of the game.

You want your offense to score 30 every week of course. Is this the mentality, the type of team you want to be to win, 16-6, no touchdowns allowed?

MIKE MACDONALD: If you told us we were going to hold a team six points every week, then yeah. I think just complementary football, defense stepping up when the offense needs us to do it. Vice versa, offense coming through at the end; eight minute drive to put it on ice. Complementary is the best way, is the vision. Look, we got great players that are explosive. Be great to create bit more explosive plays. Got to give Arizona credit for some of the things they were doing today. Those are some things we're going to need to counter in the next two weeks, but I think we are making strides. I think we are. I think we're improving. Some of the things that got called back today, we'll look at some of things that got us behind the sticks and got us behind in some of those drives.

What do you know about Anthony Bradford's situation?

MIKE MACDONALD: He's got an ankle, and we'll see. It's not broken or anything. I don't want to give a timetable, but probably looking like at least a game.

The check you mentioned. Geno on the eight minute field goal drive, which play was that?

MIKE MACDONALD: Third down conversion I think on the run to Charbs (Zach Charbonnet).

QB Geno Smith

Geno, Mike Macdonald touched on it, but how good was it for you guys to go out and win at home? Been a little bit, and I know you guys talked about that during the week.

GENO SMITH: That was a big win. Felt like a playoff atmosphere. I thought the crowd was amazing. Just felt like our team was locked in and focused the entire game. Hard-fought game. I thought Arizona played really tough. You know, just overall our defense was outstanding. Leonard (Williams) wrecking the game, the way 'Spoon (Devon Witherspoon) was flying around, Coby (Bryant) getting the pick-six. That was awesome. Really, really lit up the crowd. And then I thought we were efficient for the most part on offense. Obviously had some mistakes that we need to clean up, but overall, whenever you win the game it's always a good thing.

That last offensive drive, completed a couple passes on third down. One you had to scramble for, and Mike Macdonald just told us you kind of checked to the run by Zach Charbonnet that got you the other one there. How big that was?

GENO SMITH: That was a huge drive for us, especially we had driven the ball just the drive before and obviously made a terrible mistake down there; something I got to clean up. But it was a big drive. We wanted to put the game ahead at least two scores. Our defense was playing lights out. We wanted to get those guys a chance to pin their ears back and really get after Kyler (Murray). I thought driving the ball in the fourth quarter, eight minute drive, mix of runs, mix of passes, just big play by everybody. I thought it was huge for our team, and really speaks volumes about who we're becoming as an offense.

JSN (Jaxon Smith-Njigba), third straight game he's been the go-to guy for you. What has he shown you these past few games?

GENO SMITH: I mean, he's getting open. He's catching the ball. He's doing a great job in the screen game. All around great player. I just think the way that teams are playing us coverage-wise, I feel like it's the ultimate sign of respect. Just playing a lot of zone, dropping eight. We don't really get man coverage anymore. They're not really blitzing us anymore. He is going to be able to find those windows in there, and he does a great job finding pockets in the zone coverage. If there is a scramble situation he's always friendly and always finds me and gets in the right spot. I thought that helped us out today.

When did you start to notice that shift in the way defenses were playing you guys?

GENO SMITH: Really last year, but I didn't think it was going to be as much as it is now. It's definitely been a lot.

What has it been like for you as an offensive player watching the defense, not just dominate but do it against high ranked, potent offensive teams?

GENO SMITH: Man, it just shows you we're building something here. We talk about complementary football. We talk about championship level football. When you got a defense that plays the way they play when they're shutting down offenses the way they are at a high rate week after week, it's going to give you a shot to win every single game. We go out there and play clean and we manage the time of possession, do great on third down, finish in the red zone, give those guys a lead to play with, they're going to be even better. I think our defense is outstanding, and I think they can continue to get better and I think they will.

You've been in the league long enough to know seasons can change like this. For a younger team that maybe a couple weeks ago it looked pretty bleak, how big is a turnaround tis suddenly...

GENO SMITH: Honestly, I don't think it was bleak, to be fair. This is what happens in the NFL. You go through some tough stretches. You said it, we're a young team, but we got a lot of the veterans. Guys who have been through this type of stuff know you got to keep plugging at it, keep working, keep believing. You're never out of it. Again, we got a long ways to go, a six-game stretch now going down the stretch. Every game will feel like a playoff game and it's going to count. I'm still learning lessons at my age and we're all learning, so just got to take it all that stride and keep going.

The pass to JSN (Jaxon Smith-Njigba) to set up your first touchdown, looked like they were blitzing on that play. Just kind of the perfect play call?

GENO SMITH: Perfect play call. They were in the zero blitz. We were in MDM 4x1. I'm looking at it like should I check out? I'm like, Nah, if these guys engage, if I can get the ball to Jaxon, it should be a big hit right behind him. I thought the line did a great job bluffing and then getting up the field. Jaxon catching ball. Had to break one tackle and being explosive like he is.

You said they don't blitz a lot, but they were bringing corners and safeties, linebackers, mixing sim pressures against you guys the first half. What did you see start to change a little bit once you had the first four drives out of the way, were able to take care of that a little better?

GENO SMITH: Yeah, a couple of them were just a four-man rush. They got to me maybe once or twice with the sim pressure. I think about the one backed up; they got to me on that one. For the most part, it was just us handling the four-man rush and the twist and the stunt games. Once we got that figured out I thought we were better in protection. They did call a couple cover zeros, couple that cost them ultimately. Then they started to check out of the zero. There is always the game of cat and mouse. That's what I love about playing quarterback, is we get the chance make the right call at the right time and help our team.

What did you think of Coby Bryant's throw to Marshawn Lynch in the end zone?

GENO SMITH: Man, please don't fine him, NFL. Let him keep his money. I thought that was great. I thought he did a great job jumping that route, fourth down. As I'm watching him run down the sideline I'm jumping out of my seat. I tried to run down there and meet him. Just how hard he's worked. He's the type of guy who loves football. He's always around the ball making plays. For him to make that play right there I know was a special moment for him.

Geno, obviously there was what was at stake with first place on the line in the division. What did it mean to get this win given everything that was going on in the city and what you guys went through at your headquarters this week?

GENO SMITH: Yeah, it was huge. I know our city was hurting for a couple days without power. That's funny, because they are electric today. I felt like they really brought the juice for us. We wanted to repay our fans. We always want them to be excited and happy for our team. The more we win, the more that builds, so we got to keep this thing going.

What was the mood like in there for you guys to snap the four-game losing tweak at home?

GENO SMITH: The guys are excited. Everyone is excited. Coby (Bryant) said it best: It's time to get back to work. Got another big game coming up. Got to fly out east coast and be prepared. It's the NFL. Every team will be good and will be trying to get wins. We got to come out flying next week.

CB Devon Witherspoon

(On the pressure he put on Kyler Murray on the fourth-down play) "It's a play we've seen on film. We know when they get in the gun, he's got the ability to pull the ball. He pulled it and he had us out leveraged and I just tried to make a play, help the end. He threw it up, on tips and overthrows, we've got to get those, and [Coby Bryant] caught it and he went to the crib."

(On the play of the defense today) "We started out pretty good, and it got a little rocky. Coach Macdonald, he's been in his bag lately. He's been on point with the calls, so we just go out there and execute. We're just believing in what we're doing now, and we're just sticking to what we do best. We just go out there and do it."

(On having to make another fourth down stop after the Seattle time out) "It's next play mentality. Coach called time out, so we got to go out there and do it again. We take pride in that. We just go out there and perform. The defense, we just stayed together as a whole."

(On what it means to say that Coach Macdonald is 'in his bag') "He's been dialing up those calls. A lot of them have been on point. He said they were going to run this in this situation in this area of the field, and that's exactly what they did. As far as the game plan, everything has been on point."

(On the impact of Leonard Williams in this game) "I really don't think I can talk about it. I just think he just do what he do. His energy out there, the stuff he brings to the table. He's Big Cat. He's Leo. I don't think there's a word to describe it, I just know we appreciate him."

(On seeing Coby Bryant get a touchdown) "It's hard to say I saw him get the touchdown, because I was doing something I shouldn't have been doing. I actually ended up making a block, and then I got a penalty later. They gave him an opportunity and he took it and he ran with it. Shout out to 8-ball, for sure."

(On what he was flagged for) "Taunting. And it was definitely taunting. I ain't shying away from that. It was definitely that."

WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba

(On how big of a result this is for the team and snapping a losing streak at home) "It was a big win for us. All glory to God. Rainy day out here. The whole week has been a little weird as you know with the power (outages). I'm just proud of my guys coming in here prepared and ready for today. I thought we attacked today well. We got the win. It was a big win for us. Playoff (type) game like we've been saying. Definitely happy with today."

(On the wide receiver screen call when the defense blitzed) "It was perfect. Coach (Ryan) Grubb made a great call. He's been putting me in those positions a lot. (Offensive) line did a great job. It felt good to break for a big one."

(On how fun it was to watch the defense today) "It's fun. I didn't get to give them credit last week, but they've been playing their guts out. I love seeing them play with that swagger. Knowing their reads and playing fast. As I'm sitting on the sidelines, I love that."

(On how good the eight-minute drive felt) "It felt good. We felt like we came up short on all the other drives. We felt like we could've executed better of course and got some points. Those are big points that we needed. Definitely big for us."

(On preparing for this game without power) "It was tough, honestly. But our guys (are) mentally strong (and) got through it. I felt like we were professionals and we came out here and did what we had to do."

DE Leonard Williams

(On if that was his most dominant game as a Seahawks) "I think that definitely was my most dominant game since being a part of the Seahawks. It was interesting because I woke up this morning with a great feeling and pretty much everyone I approached before the game, I told them I've got a good feeling about this game. It wasn't directed toward my personal success, it was directed toward the team's success. I just had a great feeling about it. I just had great energy out there today and it showed."

(On why he had great energy) "I think there were a few leaders that met up, before the 49ers game and pretty much talked about how we're pretty much in playoff mode. It was right after the bye week, we had two divisional opponents coming up, back-to-back, and we knew where we were in the division rankings and stuff like that. Ever since we had that conversation, we've been treating it like playoffs. Since then, I just feel like our team has been coming closer together. We're playing with great energy. Just great energy."

(On his favorite play today) "My favorite play today was the TFL (tackle for loss) that I had, just because I didn't get too much practice this week, because I was dealing with some stuff. Because I didn't practice too much, I was able to watch more film. That specific play I can tell when those two guys were pulling and it just like slowed down for me. That's one of those moments when you're just in the zone, you're letting people feed off of you, I was feeding off the crowd. The 12s were just really loud out there today, so it was great energy all around."

(On the importance of winning at home after a tough stretch at Lumen Field) "That was huge. We talked about that. We had a joke about being road warriors this year because we've been playing well on the road. Bringing a win back to Lumen Field is amazing. These fans deserve it. They bring it every game, regardless of how the season is going. I'm glad we were able to bring a win back to them."

(On what it's like to keep a team out of the end zone) "For me, that's a mindset. There are times where the offense might throw an interception or something might happen on special teams and we just end up in the red zone. Or, even if we give up a huge chunk-play and we end up in the red zone. That's when you really have to check in with each other, look each other in the eyes and say, 'Hey, they're not about to score a touchdown right now.' To me, that's a mindset. I feel that collectiveness and the cohesion growing more and more on this defense. You can tell when you look each other in the eyes that its, 'Ok, we got this.' There were times in the beginning of the season when I didn't feel that same thing when I would look a teammate in his eyes. There were times when we were in a game and we're kind of down and I would look someone in the eyes and they didn't have that same fight in them, and I feel like now we're on that track and it means more."

S Coby Bryant

(On when he decided to finish his interception with the "Marshawn Lynch" move) "Actually, I talk to my dad and my brother before every game and I just sensed the energy from those two before the game, and I told them once I get a pick-six I was doing it, because we're playing the Cardinals and everything."

(On what he will do with the ball) "I definitely snagged the ball. It's actually my mom's birthday. What a coincidence, and I'm going to give it to her as one of her gifts."

(On the sequence of stopping them on fourth down, then the time out nullifying the play, then the pick-six) "We're willing to play every snap. We can only control what we can control. Go out and execute every snap as well as we can and just keep going."

(On what this means to him personally, after the injuries last season) "I just give all credit to God. All that I've been through, I've always held my head down, and just keep working. I never doubted myself. My teammates believed in me. The coaches believed in me and just took full advantage of the opportunity."

(On the play Devon Witherspoon made on the interception) "I heard he came here and said he did something on the return. I actually want to give him a huge shout out. He's been blocking extremely well on every pick. I saw the guy about to tackle me, and I saw Spoon coming out of nowhere and block and the rest of those guys blocking and building a wall for me. They were on my head about sliding last time, so I had to score that one."

RB Kenneth Walker III

(On the offense's performance) "At the beginning, we started off slow. We want to start off fast, but we started off slow. As the game progressed, I felt like we started to click as an offense and all around, even the defense and special teams had a great impact on the game."

(On the level of confidence on offense right now) "We have a lot of dogs on the team. Like all around, we have DK (Metcalf), (Jaxon Smith-Njigba). We have a lot of weapons. I felt like we got something from everybody."

(On the field goal drive after the interception and running out the clock) "We just stayed poised, stayed positive and just grinded and played our game."

G Laken Tomlinson

(On the feeling after today's win) "Feeling great. We came in, coaches had great messages for us throughout the week. I felt like defense played lights out today. In such an awesome environment, 12's showed up and it was loud. It felt like a playoff game."

(On the message from the coaches this week) "We need to come out and play with some attitude and the defense was lights out today. I was watching them and they were going to take the game over. It was awesome."

(On the long drive at the end of the game) "It was awesome. Geno (Smith) did a great job with the operation, and we went out there and got in field goal range. Kudos to the rest of the offensive line. We had AB (Anthony Bradford) go down and Christian (Haynes) stepped up in a big way for us. Kudos to Christian, kudos to Olu (Oluwatimi) for keeping us all together. We went out there and got a (win)."

(On practicing against Leonard Williams every day and seeing the game he had today) "I've been going against Leo (Leonard Williams) for years now and to see him have a game like that, he's a big cat. He's a baller. When you have that guy on your team that can affect their offense like that, it's awesome."

TE Pharaoh Brown

(On how the defense helped the offense this game) "That does a lot. I mean, that gets us the win. The defense played lights out, the pick-six, out-scoring their offense, just holding them. I mean, that was an elite offense. So that's just credit to the defense of how they played."

(On their last eight-minute drive) "Our last one, that was crazy. That was a good drive. We had some big plays. When you can control the clock like that, that's major."

(On if the offense has taken a step forward with the run game) "We just got to pull out wins. Sometimes, the wins look ugly. The name of the game is just to get the win. No matter how it looks defensively, offensively, a win is a win."

(On what he saw from the offensive line) "Physical, violent. I feel like we were moving the line of scrimmage. I had to go back and watch it. But when I was out there, it felt like we were playing a game on our terms at home."

G Christian Haynes

(On what he saw from the offense) "It's tenacity, trying to take them to deep water and drown them. Just having that mindset and it's trying to go finish the game out. Yeah. It just shows that we have heart, and we want to keep going there, and we show we can play; we treat this game like a playoff game, so we are just going to go out there and dominate."

(On if the energy from the defense carries over to the offense) "Yeah, well, we try to feed off each other. Even with the special teams, too, we are just trying to feed off of everybody's energy, so when Leo (Leonard Williams) gets a sack or the defense is getting interceptions, we are all feeling that. It just shows the momentum, and it gets us going as well."

(On Kenneth Walker) "Man, he's a monster. He's going to finish every play. He's going to go out there and dominate, and we are just trying to create holes for him as much as possible."

LB Tyrice Knight

(On how he feels after his first sack) "I'm feeling good. I wasn't expecting that call to come, so I just took advantage of it. We've been prepping all week, but I was blessed to do it."

(On what it means for him to start a couple weeks ago and now record his first sack as a rookie) "I think it just shows off that even though I wasn't playing that much early, I was still preparing and taking practice seriously. I was grinding and everything is starting to pay off."

(On what worked well for the defense today) "The last two weeks, we've had good weeks of practice, and it's been carrying over to the game. Also, just communication being key for us. Everybody doing the same thing and doing the right thing."

LB Ernest Jones IV

(On what the vibe was this week) "This is the feeling we expected all week. We knew coming into this game, after watching the film, that we could beat this team, that we can play with any team in this league. We just got to come out and play our style of ball. And then once you finally get a win at home, after a couple of weeks of not having one, it feels good."

(On what Mike Macdonald's message was to the team) "Great win. Just talking about the defensive performance and how we held it in there and we made them make mistakes and kept giving our offense the opportunity. But we all have a high standard here. We want more. We need more. We want to win games in a more impressive fashion and get teams out of there when we have to. So that's the biggest thing."

(On if the Seahawks are the team he wants to play for) " One hundred percent. These boys make me happy, man. I'm excited to be here."

CB Riq Woolen

(On what was working well for the defense) "Honestly, we've just been working off of each other, for real. We were really just feeding off of each other. We had a great week of practice and it just led into the game."

(On what it felt like getting back into the locker room knowing that the team sits atop the NFC West standings) "It felt good to be honest. As you can hear, guys are really excited. But it just means you've got to earn things, not everything is given to you. So we've just got to keep earning our way through and keep it going."

(On limiting Marvin Harrison Jr. today and the game plan to limit him) "That's trusting in what we do. We've got one of the best secondaries in the league, and we just trust each other really well. We knew coming into the game, we had to be a little bit more physical and we just had to eliminate all the explosives. We feel like we were great at that today."

S Julian Love

(On how he is feeling after the win against the Cardinals) "I feel good. That was a hard-fought win against a good team. We're feeling pretty good."

(On what the defense did to keep the Cardinals' offense out of the end zone) "We just played cohesive. Guys were resilient. Even when they had a few drives, we just tried to bow up in the red zone. It's cohesive ball, man. People are playing fast, physical, and just a style that we wanted to play."

(On how it feels to be in the driver's seat in the NFC West) "It's good. I said kind of over the bye, the end of this season is going to be a sprint. We have to bring it every week. We can win out. That's a great win, but we can't sing our praises. We've got a lot of football left to play. We're feeling good and just ready to go next week."

RB Zach Charbonnet

(On what it was like watching the Seahawks' defense today) "They had a great game. I give all credit to them. Like you said, offense, we kind of had our ups and downs. But the defense, the whole time was on the up. So, that game is just a credit to them."

(On the Seahawks' final offensive drive and running off eight minutes of clock and making it a two-score game) "Definitely. All credits to the O-line too. We've got to be more consistent on offense, but I think we're going in the right direction. So we've got to attack and go from there."

(On what he thought the struggles were on offense) "Just consistency. That's the biggest thing. I think as an offense that will really take us to the next level."

S Rayshawn Jenkins

(On Coby Bryant's interception) "That was great. I was on the sideline at the time. As soon as he went in the end zone, I ran off the sideline and we did our celebration. It was cool. It was just good energy to have."

(On playing complementary football today and the importance of it) "Absolutely, man. For the last three weeks, we've been really just on our stuff defensively. We just continue to start it on the practice field. It's Monday through Saturday and as long as we keep just taking the right approach and taking the right steps, I think we'll be good defensively for the rest of the year."

(On if he feels the defense coming together) "Absolutely. Even the weeks I was out, I was able to sit back and watch. We were getting better every week, and then now we're starting to get some of our pieces back that we had earlier in the season. Everything's really coming together at the right time."
