The Seahawks had a shortened offseason because of their ultimate Super Bowl LX win over the Patriots in February. With that shortened offseason, the Seahawks have wrapped up OTAs and mandatory minicamp, but between March and now, Seahawks players have been booked and busy, trying to make the most of their breaks.

Here's what some of the Seahawks players have been up to:

Quarterback Sam Darnold

The Super Bowl-winning quarterback and his wife hosted 227 of their closest friends and family at a "no-phone" ceremony. Among the guests were Josh Allen, Hailee Steinfeld, Christian McCaffrey, Luke Kuechly, Christian Kirk, Cooper Kupp, Drew Lock, Eric Saubert, Brett Rypien and Adam Ray.

"The offseason has been great," Darnold said. "Obviously got married, which was the pinnacle of the offseason."

He added, "It's been great though. Just to be able to be married to my best friend, there is nothing in the world like it."

Wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba

The reigning Offensive Player of the Year has been on something of a world tour this offseason. Seahawks receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba has been to Tokoyo, Japan, hosted a football clinic in Miami, and most recently hosted a dinner in Paris during Paris Fashion Week with celebrities and players including Tyreek Hill, Gunna and Alvin Kamara.

Defensive end Leonard Williams

From throwing out a first pitch at a Seattle Mariners game, to spearfishing, to attending MagicCon in Las Vegas, defensive end Leonard Williams has been staying very busy on some fun offseason side quests. Williams, who is a fan of Magic: The Gathering attended the convention in Las Vegas and had the chance to play Magic with Game Knights Live on the main stage at MagicCon. Williams has been documenting all of his offseason activities on Instagram and though his YouTube channel.

Defensive tackle Byron Murphy II

About a month after the Seahawks celebrated their Super Bowl win with a championship parade in Seattle, Seahawks defensive tackle Byron Murphy II was celebrating his wedding in style. Murphy and his wife Maya were married in Dallas. Part of Muprhy's wedding ceremony went viral after he was gifted a Lombardi Trophy replica that he brought out during the wedding.

The replica was a gift from his agent.

"I'm thinking I've got the real one the whole time, so I'm even more turnt at the wedding," Murphy said.

"It was a great gift. It really made the wedding much better."

Nose tackle Jarran Reed

This offseason, nose tackle Jarran Reed has been spending a decent amount of time in his hometown of Goldsboro, North Carolina. In March, Reed had his high school jersey retired by his alma mater, Goldsboro High School. The retirement of his No. 52 jersey is representative of the impact he had on his high school.

He also recently hosted his annual Jarran Reed Youth Football.

In an Instagram post recapping the event, Reed said, "I was more than overjoyed with the amount of support from the community, parents, my coaches the whole Goldsboro high coaching staff and former player from Goldsboro and surrounding areas."

The Seahawks supported the NFL FLAG Football Camp in Sydney, Australia with Seahawks player Michael Dickson, AJ Barner, and Team's Mascot Blitz on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
