Wednesday Round-Up: Tyler Lockett Put Up 40.2 Fantasy Points In Week 9

Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett recorded 40.2 fantasy points in Week 9, which is the most by a Seahawks WR since 1997.

Good morning, 12s.

Here's a look at what's 'out there' for today – Wednesday, November 6 – about your Seattle Seahawks:

Putting Up Points

For any of your Fantasy Football players out there that were smart enough to draft Seahawks veteran receiver Tyler Lockett, I'm sure your decision was reaffirmed during Week 9 if it hadn't been already.

Lockett put up a total of 40.2 fantasy points during Week 9, which is the most fantasy points by a Seahawks wide receiver since 1997. Until now, Seahawks Legend Joey Galloway held the record in Week 9 of that season.

Recording a total of 152 total yards, 13 receptions, and two touchdowns, the veteran wideout had a field day during Sunday's contest with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at CenturyLink Field. In the graphical video below tweeted out by the NFL, you can see Lockett rack up the points as he steadily made plays throughout the game.

If you don't have the Seahawks WR on your fantasy team by now, I think you better start looking at who you can trade for him.
