Wednesday Practice Report: Ziggy Ansah & Luke Willson Full Participants for Seahawks

Details on Wednesday's practice report with injury updates from Seahawks coach Pete Carroll.

The Seahawks are hoping to get back several players who missed last week's game due to injuries and illness, and while Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said that the status of most if not all of those players won't be known until the end the week, several of them were back on the practice field Wednesday. That group includes two players who were full participants, defensive end Ziggy Ansah (neck) and tight end Luke Willson (hamstring).

Carroll said Monday that Willson should be back this week after missing four games with a hamstring injury. On both Ansah, who has missed the last two games, and Jadeveon Clowney, who was out last week due to illness and who also has a core injury, Carroll said, "We'll just see as we progress and see if it's right for those guys to play."

Cornerback Shaquill Griffin and linebacker Mychal Kendricks, who were both out last week with hamstring injuries, were limited participants in practice, though their status will likely be unknown until late in the week as well.

Linebacker Bobby Wagner, who left last week's game with an ankle injury, didn't practice Wednesday, but is "probable/questionable" to play this week, as Carroll put it.

"He would probably be probable/questionable at this time, if we had to label it," Carroll said. "We don't know. He wanted me to make sure to not be optimistic. I said, 'I can't do that. You're going to play. I know you're going to play.'"

Safety Quandre Diggs also left last week's game with an ankle injury, though his is more serious than Wagner's.

"I don't know how he's going to do," Carroll said. "He couldn't do anything yet today. We'll see later in the week like all our guys are going all the way to game day."
