Wednesday Practice Report: Seahawks, Rams Open Week 15 With Walk Thru

A closer look at Wednesday's practice report for the Seahawks and Rams.

Photos from Wednesday's practice at Virginia Mason Athletic Center as the Seahawks ready for their Week 15 matchup with the LA Rams at CenturyLink Field.

The Seahawks and their Week 15 opponent — the Los Angeles Rams — each held walk-thru workouts on Wednesday as the two teams ready for a Sunday afternoon matchup at Seattle's CenturyLink Field. The walk-thru designation means Wednesday's practice participation report is an estimate had the clubs conducted a full workout.

For Seattle, as head coach Pete Carroll said would be the case earlier in the afternoon, running back Mike Davis (ribs) and defensive end Dion Jordan (neck) were able to practice to start the week, although both players were listed as working in limited fashion. Davis' setback came in this past weekend's loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, while Jordan's injury has kept him out of the past three games. Offensive linemen Duane Brown (ankle), Luke Joeckel (knee), and Ethan Pocic (ankle), as well as tight end Jimmy Graham (ankle) and cornerbacks Byron Maxwell (shoulder) and Justin Coleman (shoulder) were also limited Wednesday.

Sitting out for the Seahawks Wednesday were linebackers Bobby Wagner (hamstring), who Carroll said has been "very upbeat and very positive" this week after exiting Week 14's game with an injury, and K.J. Wright (concussion), who Carroll said remains in the concussion protocol after the injury forced him from this past Sunday's game. Also sidelined Wednesday for Seattle were defensive tackle Nazair Jones (ankle), who Carroll called "still in rehab mode" and defensive end Michael Bennett (knee), who has routinely been given days off during the early part of the practice week.

For the Rams, receiver Robert Woods (shoulder) practiced in limited fashion after missing the past three games to injury. Linebacker Connor Barwin (forearm) also returned to practice in full after missing the past two games.
