The best photos from the Seahawks' Thursday practice at Virginia Mason Athletic Center in preparation for Sunday's Game against the Washington Redskins.

Four Seattle players returned to full participation during Thursday's practice at Renton's Virginia Mason Athletic Center, where center Justin Britt (ankle), tight end Jimmy Graham (ankle), defensive tackle Jarran Reed (concussion), and defensive end Dwight Freeney (not injury related) were all back in action after sitting out Wednesday's practice.
Still, nine Seahawks did not participate in Thursday's workout because of injuries. Defensive end Marcus Smith (ankle), defensive tackle Sheldon Richardson (oblique), and receiver Tanner McEvoy (hamstring) joined six other Seattle players who sat out for the second day in a row, a list that included left guard Luke Joeckel (knee), strong safety Kam Chancellor (ankle), free safety Earl Thomas (hamstring), linebacker Bobby Wagner (hamstring), defensive end Michael Bennett (heel), and cornerback Jeremy Lane (thigh). Head coach Pete Carroll should have a health update for the media following Friday's practice, when the club is also required to submit a game status report for Sunday afternoon's matchup with the Washington Redskins.
