Seahawks coach Pete Carroll tested positive for COVID-19 Sunday and is away from the team while experiencing mild symptoms.

The Seahawks are without coach Pete Carroll to start the week after Carroll tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday.

The Seahawks announced in a statement that Carroll, who is fully vaccinated, is experiencing mild symptoms and remains in contact with the coaching staff from home. Carroll will participate in team meetings virtually until he is able to return to the facility.
