The Seahawks host the Arizona Cardinals at Lumen Field on Sunday for Week 10. Before kickoff, the pregame duties of 12 Flag raiser will be handled by Brigadier General Richard Steve Ritchie "Cinco" of United States Air Force, Ret.

Ritchie graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1964, where he also played fullback, and then attended undergraduate pilot training in Texas. His first combat tour was in 1968 at Da Nang Air Base, Vietnam. Following that tour, he volunteered for his second tour in Southeast Asia in 1972. In both of his tours combined, Ritchie accumulated 800 hours of combat time across 339 missions. During his Air Force career, he logged more than 4,000 hours of fighter flight time and he was awarded the Air Force Cross, four Silver Stars, 10 Distinguished Flying Crosses, and 25 Air Medals. He later became one of the youngest instructors in the history of the Air Force Top Gun school.
