As expected, Adrian Peterson will make his Seahawks debut Sunday, while Alex Collins is inactive due to injury.

The Seahawks will be without running back Alex Collins for Sunday's game against the 49ers, the result of an abdominal injury he has been dealing with for much of the season.

Collins, who has started six of the last seven games in place of an injured Chris Carson, was listed as questionable on Friday's injury.

Also questionable but playing are running backs Rashaad Penny (hamstring) and Travis Homer (calf), and the Seahawks will also have available at that position Adrian Peterson, who was elevated off the practice squad Saturday after signing with the Seahawks on Wednesday.

The Seahawks will be without starting left guard Damien Lewis for the second straight week, an expected development, as he was listed as doubtful on Friday due to a non-injury related medical condition.

Defensive end L.J. Collier is active for a second straight game, his third time being active in the past four games after being a healthy scratch in six of Seattle's first eight games.

The 49ers will be missing a few key players due to injury, including top receiver Deebo Samuel, as well as All-Pro linebacker Fred Warner and starting linebacker Dre Greenlaw.
