Seahawks Mock Draft Tracker 8.0

The 2026 NFL Draft, which will take place in Pittsburgh on April 23-25, and is just a week away. Thanks to their Super Bowl win over the Patriots, the Seahawks will have the 32nd pick in the first round, and picks No. 64 and 96 in Rounds 2 and 3, respectively. The Seahawks currently have only four total picks, the aforementioned picks in the first three rounds, as well as Cleveland's sixth-rounder (No. 188), which they received in a 2024 trade that sent center Nick Harris and a seventh-round pick to the Browns. The Seahawks traded their fourth and fifth-round picks to the Saints in exchange for receiver and return specialist Rashid Shaheed, while Seattle's original sixth-round pick went to Jacksonville in 2024 in exchange for defensive lineman Roy Robertson-Harris.

Pick: Colton Hood, CB, Tennessee

"Seattle enters draft weekend with just four draft picks, so this spot is a prime candidate to be dealt. But if the Seahawks stick and pick, a cornerback or edge rusher makes the most sense, given who will be available. Hood would offer ascending cover talent."

Pick: Jadarian Price, RB, Notre Dame

"George Holani is solid as a depth piece, but with Kenneth Walker III gone and Zach Charbonnet recovering from a torn ACL, Seattle needs more juice in the backfield. The Seahawks could look to address the position later in the draft, but to me, getting Jadarian at No. 32 would be a reasonable -- wait for it -- Price to pay."

Pick: Colton Hood, CB, Tennessee

"Hood fills the void left by Tariq Woolen on the outside for Seattle. He's a physical, competitive corner and a much better tackler than Woolen was in this defense."

Pick: Jadarian Price, RB, Notre Dame

"Seattle has to make every pick count, with four total selections (fewest in the league) and picking at the end of each round. I originally considered projecting Arizona to trade up into this spot simply because the Seahawks would welcome any additional draft capital, but I wasn't convinced we'd actually get an in-division trade like that involving a quarterback pick. Instead, Seattle stays home and closes out Round 1 with our second running back off the board.

Kenneth Walker III signed in Kansas City, and Zach Charbonnet is working back from a torn ACL. Price might not have been the RB1 at Notre Dame, but he can be one in the NFL. He's powerful and fast, averaging 6.0 yards per carry over his career and scoring 11 touchdowns last season."

Pick: Avieon Terrell, CB, Clemson

"With Riq Woolen gone, cornerback remains a spot where Seattle could use more depth and competition, and Terrell feels like a cleaner Seahawks fit than forcing a running back at the back of Round 1. He gives Mike Macdonald another competitive cover man with inside-outside flexibility, downhill toughness and the kind of ball-disruption profile that fits a defense built on disguise and multiplicity."

Pick: Jadarian Price, RB, Notre Dame

"Running back is Seattle's biggest need, and by taking Price in the first round, the Seahawks can get the fifth year on him. That said, the Seahawks can do anything they want here, so I don't make this pick with an extremely high level of confidence."

Pick: Jadarian Price, RB, Notre Dame

"While adding depth at edge rusher and cornerback is also important, replacing Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker III should be the Seahawks' top priority in this draft. Unfortunately, this isn't a deep class at the position, perhaps forcing John Schneider to invest early. Price isn't as explosive as former Notre Dame teammate Jeremiyah Love, but his instincts and intangibles make him an excellent fit for Seattle."

Trade: Arizona Cardinals: QB Ty Simpson, Alabama

"The Seahawks could retain their first-round slot given their needs at cornerback, edge rusher and running back. But John Schneider has made at least eight picks in each of the last four years — and Seattle currently owns just four.

Here, the Seahawks move down a pair of spots to enable their NFC West rival to select Simpson ahead of the Jets at No. 33. Simpson's limited starting experience and size very well may drop him until Round 2, but Mike LaFleur and Arizona could like his intermediate precision and work from a clean pocket."
