2026 Mock Draft Tracker 4.0: What Will The Seahawks Do With Pick No. 32?

Taking a look at what the experts think the Seahawks may do in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft.

Seahawks Mock Draft Tracker 4.0

After about a week, the frenzy of free agency has slowed down and the Seahawks have signed and re-signed players for 2026. While the Seahawks can still make moves, the focus will be on the 2026 NFL Draft, which will take place in Pittsburgh on April 23-25.

Thanks to their Super Bowl win over the Patriots, the Seahawks will have the 32nd pick in the first round, and picks No. 64 and 96 in Rounds 2 and 3, respectively. The Seahawks currently have only four total picks, the aforementioned picks in the first three rounds, as well as Cleveland's sixth-rounder (No. 188), which they received in a 2024 trade that sent center Nick Harris and seventh-round pick to the Browns. The Seahawks traded their fourth and fifth-round picks to the Saints in exchange for receiver and return specialist Rashid Shaheed, while Seattle's original sixth-round pick went to Jacksonville in 2024 in exchange for defensive lineman Roy Robertson-Harris.

Here is a look at the current first-round draft order, which has been updated since trades between the Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Rams, and the Miami Dolphins and Denver Broncos have become official:

  1. Las Vegas Raiders
  2. New York Jets
  3. Arizona Cardinals
  4. Tennessee Titans
  5. New York Giants
  6. Cleveland Browns
  7. Washington Commanders
  8. New Orleans Saints
  9. Kansas City Chiefs
  10. Cincinnati Bengals
  11. Miami Dolphins
  12. Dallas Cowboys
  13. Los Angeles Rams (from Falcons)
  14. Baltimore Ravens
  15. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
  16. New York Jets (from Colts)
  17. Detroit Lions
  18. Minnesota Vikings
  19. Carolina Panthers
  20. Dallas Cowboys (from Packers)
  21. Pittsburgh Steelers
  22. Los Angeles Chargers
  23. Philadelphia Eagles
  24. Cleveland Browns (from Jaguars)
  25. Chicago Bears
  26. Buffalo Bills
  27. San Francisco 49ers
  28. Houston Texans
  29. Kansas City Chiefs (from Rams)
  30. Miami Dolphins (from Broncos)
  31. New England Patriots
  32. Seattle Seahawks

Pick: Colton Hood, CB, Tennessee

"Twenty picks after Jermod McCoy came off the board, another Tennessee corner closes out Round 1 of this mock draft. Hood fits perfectly with the Mike Macdonald defense as a cornerback with length and decent speed, and while he had only one interception in 2025, he broke up 10 passes. The defending Super Bowl champions returned Josh Jobe and brought in Noah Igbinoghene, but Riq Woolen is off to the Eagles. Hood could get significant reps on the outside in Year 1."

Pick: Jadarian Price, RB, Notre Dame

"Here's the second Notre Dame back to come off the board in Round 1. I thought about CB Avieon Terrell here, but the Seahawks approach the draft in their own way. If they like Price to pair with Zach Charbonnet (who's coming off a torn ACL), then GM John Schneider won't hesitate."

Pick: Jadarian Price, RB, Notre Dame

"I see a steep drop at the running back position this year after Price. He would slide right into the mix in Seattle, with Kenneth Walker III departing and Zach Charbonnet coming off injury."

Pick: Chris Johnson, CB, San Diego State

"The Seahawks still have all three of their starting cornerbacks from the Super Bowl team (Devon Witherspoon, Nick Emmanwori, Josh Jobe), but losing Riq Woolen, who played 917 defensive snaps last season, is a blow to Seattle's depth. The current backup corners are Nehemiah Pritchett, Noah Igbinoghene and Shemar Jean-Charles. Johnson is No. 42 on The Athletic's consensus big board and No. 38 on Dane Brugler's list of the top 100 prospects after recording nine pass breakups and returning two of his four interceptions for touchdowns last season."

Pick: Dillon Thieneman, S, Oregon

"I started at the available offensive guards at this spot for so long. There are also a few intriguing defensive line and wide receiver prospects here. Even after the investments made at both spots, I wouldn't rule out the Seahawks continuing to bolster both positions. Instead, the Seahawks get the versatile Thieneman from the state just south of them. Thieneman would be an excellent fit in Mike Macdonald's two-high scheme, unlocking his two-way ability as a run defender and in coverage, while also allowing him to play from a high position to take advantage of his ability to read and close on the football. Thieneman would allow the Seahawks to live in their five and six defensive back looks and unlock the rest of Seattle's talented defense."

Pick: Keldric Faulk, Edge, Auburn

"Boye Mafe signed a big deal to join the Bengals this offseason, but John Schneider wastes no time bringing reinforcements to the group responsible for Seattle's Super Bowl victory. Keldric Faulk is the eventual replacement for DeMarcus Lawrence."

Pick: Jadarian Price, RB, Notre Dame

"Seattle let Kenneth Walker leave in free agency and they haven't been overly aggressive to replace him yet. Price can be a star at the next level, but he worked behind Notre Dame superstar Jeremiyah Love. He's got an NFL body that shakes off tackle attempts, shows off breakaway speed in the zone running game and brings it as a pass protector. I think there is an untapped ceiling for him as a pass catcher at the next level."

Pick: TJ Parker, Edge, Clemson

"The Seahawks lost some key pieces from their title-winning team, so general manager John Schneider will look to add some good value. Parker fits that bill, and he might be a steal if you can get him with the last pick of the first round. The Seahawks still have to deal with Stafford and some other talented passing games this season. Adding another pass rusher would go a long way in helping to repeat."

Pick: Jadarian Price, RB, Notre Dame

"While they would have liked to retain Walker, other priorities – like re-signing WR/KR Rashid Shaheed – took precedence. But Seattle doesn't have the luxury of standing pat in the run game, either, given RB2 Zach Charbonnet tore his ACL in January. Price is a slasher who starred in a timeshare with Love at Notre Dame and could nicely fill Walker's role – maybe one of Shaheed's, too, if the Seahawks opt to make him a bigger part of the offense in 2026."
