Free agency is almost upon us, but NFL teams are also continuing to prepare for the 2026 NFL Draft, which will take place in Pittsburgh on April 23-25.

Thanks to their Super Bowl win over the Patriots, the Seahawks will have the 32nd pick in the first round, and picks No. 64 and 96 in Rounds 2 and 3, respectively. The Seahawks currently have only four total picks, the aforementioned picks in the first three rounds, as well as Cleveland's sixth-rounder, which they received in a 2024 trade that sent center Nick Harris and seventh-round pick to the Browns. The Seahawks traded their fourth and fifth-round picks to the Saints in exchange for receiver and return specialist Rashid Shaheed, while Seattle's original sixth-round pick went to Jacksonville in 2024 in exchange for defensive lineman Roy Robertson-Harris.

Here is a look at the current first-round draft order:

Danny Kelly, The Ringer

With Riq Woolen and Josh Jobe set for free agency, the Seahawks look to restock the shelves at cornerback. Terrell is a ferocious, high-energy defender who helps to set the tone for his teammates and brings the versatility to play both outside and in the slot. He's sticky in coverage, brings effort as a run defender, and flies in like a bat out of Hades as a blitzer. He should fit right in on Seattle's defense.

Dane Brugler, The Athletic

The Seahawks plucking another Gamecocks defensive back in this year's draft would be a fun story. But more importantly, Cisse would give Seattle much-needed cornerback depth, especially if Josh Jobe and Riq Woolen both depart in free agency.

Jordan Reid, ESPN

The reigning champions have a clear need at corner, as Josh Jobe and Riq Woolen are both scheduled to be free agents. Hood is a scheme-versatile player who can thrive in press man while also having the fluidity to excel in zone. A former all-state center fielder in high school, Hood's ball skills frequently show up on tape (10 pass breakups and an interception last season). With his poised technique and wrap-up-and-finish tackling, he would fit well on the outside of Mike Macdonald's secondary.

Price was splendid at the combine. With Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker III ticketed for free agency and Zach Charbonnet returning from a postseason knee injury, the Golden Domer could shine for the reigning Super Bowl champions.

Tom Fornelli, CBSSports.com

Jermod McCoy missed all of 2025 with an ACL tear and did not work out at the combine. Because of that, I have dropped him from where I initially had him. Still, he was outstanding in 2024, and as long as teams are happy with his medicals by draft day, he's likely going to remain a first-round pick. The question is, how early does he go? Right now, this could be an absolute steal for the Seahawks.
