Several current Seahawks (Geno Smith, Julian Love, Evan Brown) spent time with New York, and will head to face their former franchise in Week 4. WR Golden Tate

In 2010, Seattle selected Notre Dame wideout Golden Tate with the No. 60 selection in round two. Tate would spend the first four seasons of an 11-year career in Seattle, helping the Seahawks defeat the Denver Broncos 43-8 in Super Bowl XLVIII to win the franchise's first championship. Tate signed with the Detroit Lions prior to the 2014 season, spending five seasons with the team before being traded midseason to the Philadelphia Eagles in 2018. That offseason, Tate signed with the Giants via free agency. Tate's career would end with New York, catching eight touchdowns between the 2019-2020 seasons.

DT Rocky Bernard

In 2002, Seattle used a fifth-round selection on Texas A&M defensive tackle Rocky Bernard. Over seven seasons with the Seahawks, Bernard worked his way up from a rotation player to full-time starter, registering 29 sacks, four forced fumbles and seven recoveries. In 2009, Bernard signed with the Giants, playing 57 games in four seasons and earning a Super Bowl XLVI championship in 2012.

P Jeff Feagles

After going undrafted in 1988, Miami punter Jeff Feagles signed with the New England Patriots, jumpstarting a 22-season career. After extended stints with the Philadelphia Eagles (1990-93) and Arizona Cardinals (1994-97), Feagles joined the Seahawks in 1998. In five seasons in Seattle, Feagles would average 42.1 yards per punt, with 133 kicks downed inside-the-20. In 2003, Feagles signed with New York, helping the Giants to capture a Super Bowl XLII win in 2008.

T Sean Locklear

In 2004, the Seahawks selected North Carolina State tackle Sean Locklear with the No. 84 overall pick. In seven seasons with Seattle, Locklear played 97 games (78 starts), including 16 starts for the 2005 offensive line that helped pave the way for Shaun Alexander's MVP season. In 2011, Locklear signed with Washington before signing with New York in 2012.

S Deon Grant

The Carolina Panthers selected Tennessee safety Deon Grant No. 57 overall in the 2000 NFL Draft. After three seasons with the Panthers and another three with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Grant signed with Seattle in 2007. In three seasons with the Seahawks, Grant recorded 235 combined tackles, eight interceptions, two fumble recoveries and a forced fumble across 48 starts. In 2010, Grant signed with New York, earning a Super Bowl XLVI championship in 2012.
