Seattle Seahawks Inspire Change
The Seahawks Inspire Change initiative is helping develop the next generation of leaders through sports, mentorship, career readiness and educational opportunities. Through two programs, Global Impact and Leadership Beyond the Field, the Seahawks are creating pathways for underserved youth in Seattle and across the team's global markets. Participants gain access to mentorship, leadership development and real-world career experiences designed to help them build confidence and prepare for future success.
Leadership Beyond the Field
Inspire Change: Leadership Beyond the Field helps local high school students explore careers in professional sports through mentorship, career development and hands-on learning experiences. Participants gain exposure to a wide range of roles across the sports industry while building leadership skills, expanding their networks and developing tools for future success. Designed to inspire and empower the next generation, the program provides meaningful opportunities for students to learn from industry professionals and explore pathways both on and off the field.
Global Impact
Inspire Change: Global Impact supports organizations serving underserved youth across the Seahawks' global markets through grant funding, mentorship and career readiness programming. In partnership with the NFL and Beyond Sport, the program uses Seahawks Flag Football as a catalyst to expand opportunities for young people and help develop the next generation of leaders. As the first NFL club to launch a global Inspire Change program across all of its international markets, the Seahawks are committed to creating meaningful impact both locally and around the world.
