Register For USA Football Coaching Certification Clinics
We are hosting USA Football Coaching Certification Clinics for Girls Flag Football and Youth & High School Tackle Football at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. This is a great opportunity for current coaches or anyone interested in coaching football - no previous experience required!
Youth & High School Tackle Football: 8:15AM - 12:30PM
Girls Flag Football: 1:15PM - 3PM

Blue Friday Night Lights
With Blue Friday Night Lights, the Seahawks could visit YOUR school on gameday! Seahawks talent such as Blue Thunder, the Seahawks Dancers, Blitz, DJ Supa Sam, and/or Seahawks Legends & Players will help you cheer on your high school team.
High School Coach of Week
Each week during the high school football season, the Seahawks and the Washington State Football Coaches Association select two high school football coaches as our Coach of the Week winners. Each recipient receives a $500 donation to the school's football program plus a framed certificate.
Cleat Donations
The Seattle Seahawks are providing new and/or used football cleats to youth and high school athletes in need. Our equipment team makes cleats available throughout the year, so request them below and stay tuned as we aim to donate back to the student athletes of Washington.

NFL Foundation Field Grants
The NFL Foundation Grassroots Program provides non-profit, neighborhood-based organizations with financial and technical assistance to improve the quality, safety and accessibility of local football fields. The program is a partnership of the NFL Foundation: which provides funding, and LISC, which provides technical assistance and manages the program.
NFL Play Football
Through camps, activities, NFL FLAG and tackle leagues, the Play Football initiative from the NFL provides a fun and engaging experience for players of all ages and skill levels. Search for your Flag or Tackle team today!
Positive Coaches Alliance
The Seahawks helped launch the Seattle chapter of Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) in 2016. PCA achieves its goals by providing training workshops to coaches, parents, and administrators of schools and youth sports organizations. Nearly 1,500 free multimedia resources are available for for coaches, parents, athletes, and leaders.
Team Up Washington
Violence prevention experts are teaming up with sports leaders to prevent sexual assault and dating abuse in local high schools.
USA Football Grants
As the sport's national governing body and member of the U.S. Olympic Committee, USA Football partners with leaders in medicine, child advocacy and athletics to support positive football experiences for youth, high school and other amateur players.
