Sea Gal Lindsay participated in the NFL Pro Bowl Youth Clinics.  Lindsay traveled around the Hawaiian islands with three other NFL Cheerleaders to meet with kids from local lementary to high schools.  Each morning Lindsay spent some time getting to know the many young women, and spent the afternoon teaching those students the basics of cheerleading.

Veteran Sea Gals Heidi and Shelly participated in another cheerleading clinic, this one aimed at working with Japanese cheerleaders.  These cheerleaders all cheered for semi-pro or recreational cheer teams in Japan.  The entire group of cheerleaders traveled to Hawaii specifically to work with veteran cheerleaders like Shelly and Heidi.  In working with these young women, Heidi and Shelly were able to teach the group some of the very routines the Sea Gals use on the sidelines of Qwest Field.
