Seahawks cornerback Devon Witherspoon (21) in the Seahawks Rivalries Uniforms that will debut vs. the L.A. Rams in Week 16

The Seahawks launched their new Rivalries uniforms on Thursday, debuting the wolf grey and iridescent green new look that they will wear for their Week 16 home game against the Los Angeles Rams.

The unforms feature wolf grey jerseys and pants with iridescent green numbers that reflect differently based on how light hits them. The helmet is also iridescent green with a metallic chrome finish.

A big element of the Rivalries uniform is the Seahawks' unique connection with their fanbase. The uniform will feature a 12s patch, as well as a 12 pattern in the jersey numbers that will reflect in the light, and the helmet bumpers will have the phrase "12 As One" on the back of the helmet. There are also soundwave details on the shoulders and down the pantlegs to represent the loudest fan in the NFL.

"The Rivalries program is about celebrating what makes our team and city unique," said Seahawks managing director of marketing Allison Hoover. "Without question, that's the 12s. This uniform is a tribute to the 12s, the loudest, most passionate fans in sports. When opposing teams come to Lumen Field, they not only face fierce competition on the field, but also the high-decibels of the 12s in the stands."

The Seahawks, along with the rest of the NFC West and AFC North, will wear new Rivalries uniforms for one home game this year, with the rest of the league debuting theirs over the next three seasons. The uniforms were created in collaboration with the teams, Nike, and the NFL to be unique to the team and community.
