When the Seahawks take on their divisional foe, the Los Angeles Rams on Christmas Day, both the Seahawks and the Rams will be wearing their Rivalries uniforms. This will be the first time the Seahawks will play on Christmas Day. When these opponents go head-to-head this season, it will likely be a showdown. Last season all three matchups against the Rams was decided by four points or less.
This will be the first time two teams have worn the Rivalries uniforms against each other. Last season, Seattle wore their uniform during the Week 16 Thursday Night Football overtime thriller against the Rams, that ended with a two-point conversion. The Seahawks and the Rams both won their individual matchups last season while wearing their Rivalries uniforms.
The uniform, introduced the Seattle's uniform lineup last season, is part of the NFL's partnership with Nike for community-inspired alternate jerseys for divisional matchups.
