A: You must purchase your tickets in advance. A ticket is required for entry. Tickets are available at Seahawks.com/TrainingCamp.

Q. Is there a ticket purchase limit?

A. You can purchase up to 8 tickets for Seahawks Football Fest.

Q. What time does practice begin?

A. Practice will begin at 5:20PM.

Q. Can I transfer Seahawks Football Fest tickets to other members in my party?

A. Yes, you can transfer tickets directly to other members in your party using the Seahawks Mobile App or Seahawks Account Manager. For transfer instructions, review our Mobile Ticket Guide.

Q. Can I resell my tickets for Seahawks Football Fest?

A. No, reselling your Seahawks Football Fest ticket is strictly prohibited and could result in loss of ticket and/or Training Camp privileges.

Q. What is the refund policy?

A. Seahawks Football Fest tickets are nonrefundable. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled.

Q: What is the cell phone policy for Seahawks Football Fest?

A. To protect the team, photos and videos are prohibited during the "Team Period" portion of practice. Prior to the "Team Period", an announcement will be made via the PA system notifying fans when the team has entered this portion of practice. Photos and videos will be permitted prior to and following the designated "Team Period" portion of practice.

Q. How do I access my tickets for Seahawks Football Fest?

A. All tickets are mobile and will be digitally delivered to your account. Download the Seahawks Mobile App for the easiest access to your tickets. Add your tickets to your mobile wallet for quick entry at the gates.

Q. Where do I enter for Seahawks Football Fest at Lumen Field? 
A. Fans may enter through Gates 3 and 7. For Suite guests, level 5 of the Lumen Field Garage will be open for entry. Gates open 1 hour prior to the start of practice. All tickets will be mobile and scanned upon entry like a typical Lumen Field event.

Q. Can I register for accessible seating for Seahawks Football Fest?

A. Yes, accessible seating will be available and indicated as such during the Seahawks Football Fest registration process through Ticketmaster. Qualified individuals will be able to select reserved accessible seating for up to 4 total seats (e.g., for 1 guest requiring the use of accessible seating + up to 3 companion seats; or for 2 guests requiring the use of accessible seating + up to 2 companion seats). Please note that as with general seating, accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q. Where are accessible parking spaces located at Lumen Field?

A. All parking, including accessible parking, will be available in both the North Lot and Lumen Field Garage for $25, on a first-come, first served basis. Accessible parking requires a state-issued, accessible parking permit/placard.

Q. Where do I enter for accessible seating at Lumen Field?
A. Fans may enter through Gates 3 and 7. For Suite guests, level 5 of the Lumen Field Garage will be open for entry. Lumen Field is equipped with two elevators in the NE, NW, and SW corners of the stadium, providing service to all levels of the facility. Gates open 1 hour prior to the start of practice. All tickets will be mobile and scanned upon entry, like a typical Lumen Field event.

Q. Do you have Sensory Toolkits?

A. "I'M A-OK" Sensory Toolkits are available at check-in for fans who are on the autism spectrum. Toolkits include noise-canceling headphones, earplugs, a sensory toy, and an "I'M A-OK" identifier badge.

Q. Where do I park for Seahawks Football Fest?

A. Limited parking will be available in the North Lot and Lumen Field Garage on a first-come, first-served basis for $25 per vehicle.

Q. What kind of bags are permitted at Seahawks Football Fest at Lumen Field?

A. To ensure safety and expedite check-in, the Seattle Seahawks will enforce the Clear Bag Policy at Seahawks Football Fest. Fans may only bring the following bags and items into Lumen Field:

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"

• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar)

• Small clutch bags, that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into Seahawks Training Camp along with one of the clear bag options.

• Seat cushions and lawn chairs with minimal pockets and zipped compartments. Chairs that fold-up and are carried in bags will be permitted, however the bag will be subject to search.

NOTE: An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at Bag Check. Fans are encouraged to review the Clear Bag Policy developed to balance fan needs and improve public safety and convenience. Backpacks and bags are discouraged.

Q. What items are prohibited at Seahawks Football Fest?

A: Please review the Lumen Field Stadium Guide for venue policies and prohibited items.

Q. May I bring my camera to Seahawks Football Fest at Lumen Field?

A. You may bring personal still photography cameras and digital cameras. Photographic support tools that may interfere with others' enjoyment of practice (tripods, detachable lenses, Meta glasses, etc.) are not permitted. Camera cases are prohibited in accordance with the Clear Bag Policy.

To protect the team, all photography is prohibited during the "Team Period" portion of practice. Photography will be permitted prior to and following the designated "Team Period" portion of practice. The use of audio or video recording devices during the "Team Period" portion of practice is strictly forbidden, including camcorders or cellular phones with video capabilities. Videotaping, live streaming, and blogging during practice are strictly prohibited.

Q. May we bring our coolers to Seahawks Football Fest?

A. No, coolers are not permitted. Outside food and factory sealed water bottles are permitted, however they must only be carried in bags compliant with the Clear Bag Policy.

Q. Will the latest Seahawks merchandise be available?

A. Yes, the Flagship Pro Shop store will be open.

Q. Will food and beverages be available?

A.  Food and beverages will be available for purchase at select concession stands.

Q. What is the smoking policy?

A. Lumen Field is a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the grounds or inside the buildings at Lumen Field. If fans leave the premises to smoke they will not be allowed to return.

Q. Will fans be allowed to depart Seahawks Football Fest and then re-enter to watch practice?

A. No, re-entry is not be permitted at Lumen Field. Once a fan exits they will not be allowed to re-enter.

Q. Is there a place to bring my child for nursing or changing needs?

A. Yes. The Mother's Room at Lumen Field, located on the 6th floor Suite Level, will be available as well as Mamava POD on Cascade Main.

Q. Will cash be accepted as a payment method?

A: All sales transactions at Lumen Field will be cashless. Cards and forms of contactless payment like Apple Pay will be accepted. There are no ATM machines available to the general public at Lumen Field.

Q: Will fans be able to be near players and get autographs at Seahawks Football Fest?

A: Fans must sit in their reserved seats during practice. Fans may proceed down to the railing following conclusion of practice, however no autographs or photos from players are guaranteed.

Fans are asked to comply with the  Seattle Seahawks Fan Code of Conduct  and the requests of Seahawks Training Camp and Lumen Field employees. Failure to follow these rules and policies will result in immediate removal from Seahawks Football Fest. All Seahawks Training Camp voucher holders and Seahawks Football Fest ticket holders are responsible for their own conduct as well as the conduct of their guests.
