Seating
Each Suite is configured with plush, theater-style seats and bar stools that overlook the playing surface. One of the seats is removable to accommodate wheelchair seating if needed. Please note: If you will be entertaining a guest in a wheelchair, please contact the Suite Department to make all the necessary arrangements for your Suite at least 72 hours in advance of event date.
Telephones
Your telephone number is located on the main phone display. From outside Lumen Field, your prefix is 381. To call a suite from inside Lumen Field, dial: 77 + Suite # (Suite Level), 76 + Suite # (Club Level), 74 + Suite # (Red Zone Suites). To make a local call, press 9 + the number. Long distance calls require a calling card or credit card. To call catering, press Speed Dial (SpDial) and then select Suite Pantry.
Front Glass Panels
Excluding RedZone Suites, the front glass panels in your suite are fully retractable. They will be open upon your arrival. Upon your arrival if you choose to have the glass adjusted, please contact your suite attendant and/or concierge. Once windows are closed during an event they may not be re-opened.
Maintenance
The maintenance of all facility-owned furniture and fixtures is the responsibility of Lumen Field. Lumen Field performs an ongoing preventative maintenance check of all Suites during the year. If you encounter any maintenance problems while attending an event, please bring them to the attention of the Suite Attendant or Concierge. During all events, there will always be an employee on duty who can provide assistance.
Public Address
The speaker next to your front TV is a PA speaker. There is a black dial near the front door, which gives you complete volume control. Due to the close proximity of the RedZone Suites to the field, a PA speaker is not located in your suite.
Use of Suite for Meetings
Suite Owners may conduct meetings, sales presentations, business lunches or other private functions in their Suite and selected Lumen facilities during non-event hours. Please pre-arrange with Monica Alfieri (206) 381-7823 to ensure accessibility. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours advance notice if you wish to order food and beverage.
Personalization of Suite
Suite Owners are encouraged to bring in their own suite décor and artwork. Suite Owners may supply their own artwork as long as it does not cause any damage to the interior of the Suite. Suite Owners are required to notify the Suite Department of requested art installations. Lumen Field Operations must complete all installations.
Suite Event Planning Services
Our Suite Services staff is available to help you make each event in your Suite a success. Please call upon us for assistance with your meeting arrangements, or to arrange any special deliveries to your guests.
Concierge Service
The Concierge is available three hours prior to and during Seahawks games. The Concierge may assist you in any way necessary in carrying out unfinished details regarding tickets, transportation, etc.
Damage to Suite
As a Suite Owner, you are responsible for replacing any items in the Suite that are damaged as a result of an accident. You will be billed for any damages that occur to any of the fixtures and/or equipment that are not incurred through normal wear and tear.
Lost and Found
If an item is left in the Suite, you may contact the Command Center (206) 381-7510 for assistance. Please provide the date and a description of the item.
Televisions
The front and rear TV's are controlled by the same remote. A complete channel listing will be available in your suite for Seahawks games.
Suite Accessibility
Suite Levels can be accessed by using the elevators in the Lumen Field Event Center Garage. Accessible entrances and elevators may be found at the Gate 1, 3, and 5 VIP Entrance locations. To make your Suite, accessible for game day, please contact the Suite Department at (425) 203-8182 as early as possible prior to an event. To accommodate a wheelchair, this will require re-configuration of your Suite to allow accessibility. The modifications will include providing wheelchair access for viewing by removing one of the fixed seats.
Lumen Field Rules & Regulations
- Lumen Field gates and Suites open 3 hours prior to kickoff for all Seahawks Games.
- Access to your Suite during non-event hours is by appointment only.
- Arrangements can be made through the Suite Department.
- Guests should carry their Suite tickets with them at all times.
- The Suite levels are strictly private; therefore only persons in possession of Suite tickets will be allowed to access these levels.
- Suite Guest Passes may be issued to guests holding general seating tickets for Seahawks games at Lumen Field.
- Depending on your suite size, a set number of passes will be issued per Suite. Only an Authorized Signer or the Suite Coordinator may give the approval for a Suite Guest Pass to be issued.
- You may order Guest Passes from the Suite Department prior to an event.
- Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside Lumen Field.
- The use of movie cameras, videotape or audio recording equipment by Suite Owners or their guests to record an event may be prohibited. Please check with the Suite Concierge desk for verification. The event promoter dictates this policy. Lumen Field Guest Services reserves the right to confiscate tape or film used for these purposes.
- Suite Owners and guests must refrain from throwing any object into the audience or onto any playing surface or stage.
- Suite Owners are responsible for the conduct of Suite guests at all times.
- If you suspect there may be an uninvited guest in your Suite, please contact the Concierge Desk immediately. Uninvited guests may be subject to eviction from Lumen Field. Violators of Lumen Field rules and regulations may be subject to eviction from Lumen Field and/or prosecution.
Ticket Distribution & Will Call
Suite Owner is responsible for mobile ticket distribution via Seahawks Account Manager or the Seahawks Mobile App. The Lumen Field Box Office is available should you forget your mobile device on gameday or should a suite guest's mobile device not support mobile tickets. If you arranged day of game tickets at Will Call, please inform your guests that photo identification (such as a drivers license) is required to receive tickets. If the original person named on the order cannot obtain the tickets, please contact the Suites Department to change a name on tickets left at Will Call.

- NW Will Call is located on the NW corner of the stadium.

- Saturday: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed
- Game Day: Open beginning three hours prior to kickoff
Lumen Field Suite Owner Entry - 6th Floor Garage Entrance
- Guests with Suite tickets on Club and Suite Level may use this VIP entrance beginning 3 hours prior to kickoff.
Payment
Most major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) are accepted for payment for your additional ticket requests. If you prefer, credit card information can be kept on file with the Suite Department to expedite the process of ticket ordering.
Refunds Or Cancellations
There are no refunds or cancellations once a ticket has been printed.
Standing Room Only Tickets
Standing room only (SRO) tickets are available for each game granting admittance to the stadium and your suite. SRO tickets are $250/per ticket for preseason games and $350/per ticket for regular season games. SRO tickets are only charged to your card on file if scanned at the gate.
Special Events
Event Notifications
The Suite Department will notify you of special events via email prior to the public on-sale date. Once an event is booked in Lumen Field, we will send an exclusive Suite Owner Offer which will include all relevant event information.
Canceled/Re-scheduled Events
In the event of a an event cancellation or rescheduling, the Suite Department will provide Suite Owners with details regarding alternate dates or change of location. Please be aware that if the event is rescheduled in a different venue, your Lumen Field Suite tickets will not be valid.

Access to your Suite during non-event hours is by appointment only. Arrangements may be made through the Suite Department. Such uses would include meetings, sales presentations, business breakfasts, luncheons or dinners. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours notice if food and beverage will be ordered. If there are no catering needs, a 72 hour minimum is also requested.
