The Seahawks signed receivers Rashad Rochelle and Trayvon Rudolph on Thursday, adding a pair of undrafted rookie free agents to the roster.

Outside linebacker Devean Deal, who signed with the team as an undrafted free agent after the draft, was waived to make room on the roster.

Rudolph, who played for Toledo last season along with Seahawks seventh-round pick Andre Fuller, was a second-team All-MAC selection, both as a receiver and a kickoff returner. He caught 39 passes for 435 yards and two touchdowns, and also gained 374 yards on 18 kick returns, including a 96-yard touchdown. Prior to finishing his college career at Toledo, Rudolph spent four seasons at Northern Illinois, earning All-MAC honors twice as a returner and twice as a receiver.

Rochelle, who spent the past two seasons at Indiana State after starting his college career at Rutgers, was a first-team MVFC All-Conference selection as an all-purpose player and second-team pick as a receiver in 2025. He finished ninth in FCS in all-purpose yards per game, leading the team with 863 receiving yards on four catches while also averaging 28.1 yards per kickoff return, including a 95-yard touchdown.

Both attended rookie minicamps as tryout players earlier this month, Rudolph with the Colts and Titans and Rochelle with the Panthers.

The Seahawks continued their offseason workout program on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
