The Seahawks made a series of roster moves on Monday, signing linebacker Power Echols, running back Anthony Hankerson and receiver Julian Hicks.

To make room on the 90-man roster, cornerback Shemar Jean-Charles was placed on injured reserve and running backs T.J. Harden and Justin Jones were waived.

Echols, who went undrafted out of North Carolina in 2025, was briefly with the Seahawks earlier in camp, and last year spent time on the practice squads of the Bears and Texans.

Hankerson, an undrafted rookie out of Oregon State, initially signed with the Dolphins in May, then was waived by Miami last week. Hankerson began his college career at Colorado before transferring to Oregon State, where in two seasons he rushed for 2,168 yards and 24 touchdowns while averaging 4.5 yards per carry.

Hicks, who went undrafted out Albany in 2024, signed with the Packers and spent his rookie season on the practice squad, then re-signed with the Packers, spending training camp and the preseason with Green Bay last year.
