Seahawks sign defensive tackle Landon Cohen to the active roster.

Renton, Wash. - The Seattle Seahawks have signed defensive tackle Landon Cohen to the 53-man active roster, the team announced this afternoon.

Cohen was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the seventh-round (216th overall) in the 2008 NFL Draft. He played in 20 games with four starts with Detroit, but was released after training camp in 2010. He then spent time with Jacksonville, New England, Dallas and Chicago from 2010 - 13, but was out of football in 2012.

In six seasons, Cohen has collected 46 tackles (36 solo) in 40 games played with eight starts. He played in one postseason game with New England (vs. N.Y. Jets, 1/16/11) but did not record any statistics.
